This shake shack location customers service was the worst! I will never patronize this location again! The shake I had was ok but they really need to provide their staff some customer service training. I should have went to Chic-Fil-A a couple doors down at least I would have received great service. This was my first time at this location and the cashiers were not friendly at all. There were two ladies and they had horrible attitudes. When I came in the line the first cashier told me to step over to the next cashier who was clearly assisting another customer so I while Im waiting until she was done she kept telling to step over multiple times and she herself was assisting a customer as well. Then on top of that they never asked if my order was for here on to go so she placed my order on a tray so when I told here it was to go and she threw a bag up on the counter and expected me to bag my own order. They were very rude to say the least. My thing is I could care less how great a businesses food is if your customer service is horrible you wont get my money! Never going back to Shake shack in the inner harbor ever!!!!

Shake Shack is relatively new to Baltimore and Ive had mixed feelings about it over the past few months, but each time I return the service and the food seems to improve, so I feel I can safely give it all five stars at this time. You are certainly paying a bit of a premium for a sizeable burger made with fresh ingredients but the taste is worth it. I tend toward a simple burger - cheese, bacon, meat. Thats it for me. And this place makes that burger juicy and flavorful. The fries are also a stand-out hit. They serve crinkle cut fries which, in my experience, tend toward the soggy and dry. At Shake Shack, however, they do something different which makes them crunch and stay fluffy and delicious.

Ate here with my husband. Food was ok...but definitely not Chick-fil-a! Serving size was small, chicken shack had no taste outside of the mayo, and didnt really fit the price they charge. Service was good, but honestly could do better at home or get more bang for my buck elsewhere. Restaurant not rly stroller or wheelchair friendly, unless they are small. Cant use the bathroom without making a purchase because they put the code on the bottom of your receipt! It was a good experience, but probably wouldnt come here unless it was to try one of their shakes.

There is a nice place to sit outside and is very easy to walk to nearby harbour attractions. Parking throughout the area is hard to find and over priced. Ive eaten at Shake Shack locations in Baltimore and elsewhere. Both serve a consistently excellent although very heavy and filling burger. Concretes taste great but are so rich I couldnt eat more than a few spoons. The fries were not as fresh here as other Shake Shacks. This location was also slower than others. Overall the food is really delicious but also a bit expensive and very heavy.

So im not sure what all the fuss is about this place but its safe to say I wasnt that pleased. The chicken sandwich if very small for the price compared to say Chick-fil-a also the sandwich didnt have much taste a nice crunch but no real taste if it werent for the mayo and pickles there would be no flavor and did i mention the sandwich is Super Small for the Price point in my advice I would take my money next door to Chick-fil-a anyday..

Very busy location. There arent many around maybe thats part of the hype but the place seems well managed and the employees handle the pressure nicely. Lines are often long but move fast. Be prepared to get your food to go as this place rarely has empty seats. As far as the food I had the burger and vanilla milkshake. Burger was delicious despite a bit of a thin patty especially for the money. Milk shake was very delicious too.

Id you have a craving for fantastic comfort food this place is a winner. The burgers are big fat juicy and flavorful topped with fresh ingredients and serviced by friendly staff in a clean restaurant. My favorite part is the doggie menu. You can bring your fur - babies to dine on the front patio and order them thier own entrée from the dogs menu. They even have a place to connect your leash and bowls for water.

I had the chicken sandwich (no mayo), fries and vanilla milkshake. The food was delicious, and the price was fair. From our table by the window, we could see the harbor. The overall atmosphere is family friendly. The manager came on the floor to ask customers if everything was okay and to answer any questions. I definitely recommend Shake Shack, if youre looking for family friendly, comfortable dining.

I will give this burger place a 4 star. The burgers were delicious. Everything was fresh, crisp and hot. The burgers were medium sized. I was amazed that the burgers were served on a Martins Potato Roll, baked right here in our Chambersburg, PA. The reason Id give this a 4 star would be the french fries. They were hot, which is always key but they just didnt have the wow factor.

May I recommend the SmokeShack burger with cheese fries. Everything is delicious and reasonably priced for a quick date before a movie or a walk around the harbor. Parking can be a pain but use parking apps to find the cheapest place in the area. Or do what I do, get it to go and drop your friend off and drive around the block until theyre ready to be picked up and eat in the car.

If anyone wants a good burger, fries, and a cold drink, I recommend Shake Shack! Best Fast Food Joint Ive ever had! I would definitely put it over Five Guys Burgers & Fries. I just loved the Shack Burger, the Cheese Fries were amazing, and my friend Averie had a Chocolate Shake, and she thought it was amazing. Id definitely come back to Shake Shack!

Clean environment, friendly and helpful staff. We ordered the portobello burger and it was delicious and perfectly made. Fries were fresh and delicious. They have old bay seasoning by the condiment section which made it even better. The burgers were crafted with culinary skill. Highly recommend if youre looking for a quality burger.

Delicious burgers, crispy crinkle -cut fries, and excellent, thick milk shakes! Line was out the door when we were there, but moved very quick. A bit on the pricey side considering the portions, but still tasty for a made-to-order burger. Draft/canned/bottled beer is a plus! Loved our first visit, and would eat there again!

The dbl bacon shack burger was tasty and filling, the crinkle fries fresh and the chunky chocolate peanut butter concrete(an ice cream blizzard)AWESOME.......Stay away from the chicken sandwich, its the size of a chicken nugget. There is inside and outside seating. Great people watching spot. Watch out Five Guys...lol

Few places are worth the hype. Shake Shack is one of those few places. The food at this location is just as high as the NYC and DC locations. What stands out here is the service. Went during the weekday lunch rush and the staff was on point and genuinely friendly and happy. I look forward to my next time here

I really really like this place. I would go back :) my only thing is...its kinda expensive. But the ice cream is a phenom!!! Its just there are alotta other places to visit nearby that are more bang for your buck. Plus the atmosphere didnt have the best vibes. But dont get me wrong! I would def go back :)
