tl;dr at the bottom. Im really mad. Reason being that Ive had this place time and time again, and for anyone to rate them one star seems almost like a wing-stop-losing-business motive. Who knows? Whatever, just trying to hit home how fickle it seems. WAY beside the point, this place is consistently awesome. One of Lubbocks obvious local gems. Customer service is awesome. Food is always up to their standard, which is high. Their sauces are great, you really cant go wrong. If youre on the fence about a flavor, just ask an employee. Their fry seasonings are also stellar. This is just a pet peeve of mine when people rate a great, LOCAL restaurant one star because after TWO HOURS, their food was cold. Did you get your food? Yeah. Was there some variable off on your order? No. Was some other uncontrollable variable off? YEAH, ONE STAR! Reminiscent of the "Youre not Yelping!" episode of South Park. Off my soapbox. This place has killer wings. Ill vouch for them over the national franchises available in Lubbock any day.

Since this place took on new management, prices are cheaper! Its really close to the same food theyve had before. Most of the food is delicious, the wings can be pretty big at times (obviously not a problem). The portions they serve are also pretty big and have never had meal there where I didnt feel stuffed. Ive been a customer with them over 50 times and RARELY do they botch my order. On par with Buffalo Wild Wings with exception of some flavors that Hub City cooks with dry rubs (I.E. Garlic Parmesan). Probably not the best place to dine-in, unless there is a sporting event on, as it doesnt really give you a comfortable feel in the old diner-like hard back booths. It is TTU themed so students will feel themselves more welcome. Ive always been greeted with a smile.

Elizabeth is a beast! She was so polite, and super busy but stayed on her toes. I was sitting waiting on my order just in awe at how shes on top of checking on her customers orders, taking calls while taking orders, just wow. I have not had such great customer service at a restaurant in such a long time. Thanks for making my first time such a great experience Elizabeth!! (Kitchen is awesome too)

They were all so sweet! The person who took my order on the phone is so awesome she even split my check up so I could pay separately without any problem. The young lady that delivered my order is awesome as well. I really loved the food and it was hot and fresh my drink were good to. Thank you Hub City! ( This is my very own honest review and I was not paid in wings to write it ;)

Great little gem of a restaurant. We stopped in when we were driving through Lubbock, and we are glad we did. Excellent quality wings and they do not skimp on the sauce. Their extreme sauce is thicker and better than the blazin buffalo at wild wings. Small ten table restaurant with seating outside too. Excellent atmosphere and fantastic service from all of the employees.

The wings, fries and brownies were great. The wings are as good as i make at home and mine are better than i can get almost everywhere. I would recommend Hub City Wings to anyone i knew staying in Lubbock, and they delivered them rite to my hotel room, awesome!!!

My little brother was stranded at the airport because of a blizzard, and they were the only restaurant in town who would deliver to him! He had been eating snickers and butterfingers out of the airport vending machines... We are SO appreciative of hub city!!!

Definitely a favorite place to eat! Great food! Everything from the burgers to the wings are delicious. The service is incredibly friendly and fun. The restaurant is clean and ready to serve the public! Cant wait to come back!

They only deliver if its a $50 minimum PLUS the $5 delivery fee??? That makes zero sense! Ridiculous!! Sounds like a very cheap way of saying you deliver. Most of your customers dont add up a $55 tab unless its a party.

Walked or before getting our food. Seriously disgusting inside, not one table was clean, the entire floor was sticky, walls and windows were coated with filth. I dont even want to think about the kitchen. Avoid.

How cheap does the owner have to be to charge for small bottles of off-brand water instead of giving free ice water? The wings are good, but not good enough to pay the ridiculous prices for the food/drinks.

First time here and the food was hot and fresh! Great place for a quick bite or sit outside on a cool day. This local reasurant offers a large selection of flavors for the wings and fries.

This is a great place to pick up wings. They have many different flavors and the wing sizes are decent. Not a fan of the dine in option, but still worth trying for parties or tailgates.
