My family and I were turned away because we had a stroller. The hostess who made us leave was cold-hearted and lacked empathy. She told my mother to wait for a high chair and leave the stroller at the front door unattended. We explained that the baby couldnt sit in a highchair for two reasons: 1) she was sleep and 2) she was only 3 months and couldnt support her head. I find it deplorable that they would have a mother hold her baby while dining. I frequent the Red Robin in Towson often so I know first hand that this is NOT a common practice. If you have to eat at a Red Robin go to the one in Towson. Avoid this one at all cost.

This is by far my favorite casual dining restaurant. Not only do they serve amazing burgers, their salads and chicken sandwiches are great healthy options. I also like their prices on drinks, which are very reasonable and warrant getting a beer for that burger. My recommendation, the Blue Ribbon burger. A word of advice for this location though, it gets crowded. The service is great and will try to keep up, but during weekend dinner time, either arrive early or prepare to wait (not the worst thing either, you can check out the shops meanwhile).

Just walked out of there after waiting 30 min for a server to come to our table. No one showed up after we were seated. We were given one menu for 2 adults and nothing to drink. I used the"call the server" button twice and no one came to our table, despite the fact that at least 3 servers and one hostess walked past us repeatedly. They never made eye contact and gave us no chance to ask for help. We love Red Robin, but will not be returning to this location.

The staff here has always been very pleasant and nice. The inside is updated often to keep from looking outdated or run down. And now they have table tablets to make it easier/convent to order drinks, appetizers, deserts, and pay your check. They also have games for kids for a small fee. Or you can grab a chalkboard for some non-digital free fun. Sometimes they will have balloons as well. Food has always been good, and they have a full bar as well.

We are pretty good experience at this Red Robin location when we went for an early dinner. The food was great, the standard Red Robin fare but it was delicious and fresh. The service was a little on the slow side but there are any number of reasons why that could have been the case. Overall, it was a good dining experience and we will be back.

A fantastic experience! The service was quick, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We wanted to move after we found seats in the bar area and it was no problem. Prices are very good and the staff is very accommodating and work well together. Our bartender/server Tara gave superb customer service! Will definitely be returning.

I could have made the salad in my sleep. Low quality salad. Burger was good. Soup was cold and when I asked to have it warmed up, they returned it back to me with the same temperature I sent it with. I have purchased a better clan chowder soup in the can. If you must eat here, just go with what THEY know, Burgers!!!

My son and I frequent this location most of the time. Several times a week. We have a usual table and the servers and bartenders and managers are the best. We get treated like royalty all the time. Great place, great atmosphere and great employees and of course the food.
