Great burger with many options, including many healthy ones. I love all the toppings at the topping bar, skip paying extra for a slice of cheese by putting free cheese sauce on the burger and fries instead. I do miss all the arcade games they had when i was a kid, but that does mean less kids running around. They place does seem pretty empty crowd wise,but we seem to go at off times. Friendly staff, they have one man who always seems to be there and is super nice, always checking on you and offering to refill your drink. Drinks are self serve with the coke machine with all the diffrent flavors you can add (including fuddruckers exclusives) and they have a full topping bar that you can even use to make a side salad. Good milkshakes. If you join the email list you get a coupon every week for thursdays, they are normally pretty good savings such as buy one meal (burger/fry/drink) get one meal free. Sometimes its for a specialty burger or other entree. Food is good and we have never had any issues.

Great food, with the availability of Buffalo Burgers being a major draw for me, as theres only 1 other chain in the area that Ive been able to find them at. The pricing is consistent with the quality of the food. I had to knock 1 star off, though, due to constantly experiencing the same problems that have never been addressed. 1) In the Mens Room, the stupid motion sensor sinks barely work. It can often take a whole minute of hand waving just to get it to turn on. These need to be replaced with proper sinks that actually WORK immediately, if not sooner! 2) The Coca-Cola Freestyle machines constantly have problems at this location. On this visit, 1 wasnt working at all, displaying an error message, while the other had a flooded drip bin under the grate you place your cup on. It could be that Coca-Cola needs to replace these machines with 2 new ones. Ill keep coming back due to the quality of the burgers, but theres definitely some room for improvement at this location.

My son and I have to be gluten free, we ordered our food and one came out without a gluten free bun. I asked the staff person if it was gluten free and he said no and asked if I had paid for it. I showed him my receipt and he took it back. I watched as he told the cook and then put the chicken breast that was on the regular bun on a gluten free bun. I told him I was sorry but i needed a new chicken breast as well. He rolled his eyes but said oh yea sorry. I also told him I would need a new because of cross contamination. He rolled his eyes again but got a new tray. He was just so rude. Then we went and sat down and my son bit into his apple slices and got a sticker stuck to his lip so clearly the apples werent cleaned before sliced. I also noticed they had areas that were almost rotten when I started looking at them more. We will not be going back here because of the rudeness of their staff and lack of cleanliness.

I generally love this chain, but this location is a real dud. The weakest link is the service when you place your order - slow, unfriendly and you have to watch out because they often mess up the order. Our last time here was a real disappointment - the "medium" burgers we ordered were dried out hockey pucks cooked beyond recognition. Fixings bar was not fresh looking and very messy. Dining area is very threadworn at this location. Only bright spot was the friendly guy cleaning the tables who cheerfully refilled our drinks.

I really love this burger spot, old fashioned juicy burgers where you can dress them up anyway you want. The actual burger itself has a burst of flavors that scream authenticity! Plenty of condiments to dress up your burger along with an assortment of sauces to make your taste buds dance. You are guaranteed to have a different experience every time. This is a place to write home about.

Not great, but very good for the price. Burgers are tasty and reasonably priced. Fries are filling. Has a soda robot for awesome selection. Toppings are fresh. They have these "helpers" that come to your table a d ask you if you want soda refills and stuff. Not so cool. I dont need a pseudo waiter. It seems like a work release program or something. Always awkward.

Havent been in a while....I loved it!! The gluten free bun option is great for me. I loved the special Fuddruckers diet Cream Soda. The service was attentive to my dietary needs. And its a good bit more quiet....the video game sounds used to be waaay too loud. Tonight it was better. And of course the food and fixing are consistently delicious. Great job guys!

The food was great but the hassle to get that was a lot. The order was wrong and 5 families that were after us got their food before us. We had smaller meals than them and didnt get them for a long time. We said to go and they also got that wrong as well. I am a big fan of fuddruckers, but today i was not that impressed.

Everything was great. We came in with a group of 8 and all of our burgers came out in no time at all, cooked just the way we ordered. Everything was clean. There was also an awesome floor person keeping the place clean and just being friendly and awesome in general. Great tasting burgers too!!!

The burgers and fries are delicious. Ive always enjoyed being able to top my burger my way and Fuddruckers is the place to go for that. A bit pricey though. The restaurant is fairly clean however its a little dark and sometimes the cheese dispenser is empty. Usually not a crowded restaurant.

My son was excited to finally eat here and the food was horrible. Fries were lukewarm and the fish was soaked in grease. No need to ask for fresher food since we got the look of death when we walked in. The cashier was super nice and was the only plus to this location.

Ate here for the first time in many years, my burger was decent but my fiancee had a burnt burger. When I got home that night I had food poisoning and was miserable for the next day untill it past. Cant be absolutely positive it was from here but Im 90% sure.

This place provides wonderful customer service. Mikey or "Uncle Mikey" walked around the dining room and asked every single guest whether or not they needed anything. His service goes above and beyond. Great job! Oh, and the food was great too haha

The burgers are always on point. My family enjoys the frequent promotions of BOGO meals. Kids menu is $0.99 every Monday so its a big plus for our family of 5. The dining hall has been updated recently with new chairs and tables.

The burgers were very good. The fries were good. The fixings bar was very good allowing you to doctor up your burger and fries. I add jalapenos and cheese both my burger and fries. The wait for the food is too long.

I ordered the two thirds hamburger, wedge fries and a drink. The young lady at the register Cheylee was very friendly and helpful. The burger was delicious. The prices are reasonable compared to other burger places.
