The lady at the drive-thru she had no personality she never said Thank you and when I repeated my order because I felt that she did not get it the first time she interrupted me and said I got it when I got to the window to pay for my order she took my money and she didnt say thank you the only reason Im giving it one star is to be able to actually post something on this page but otherwise I would have given in 0 Stars Checkers really need to check their employees because these people just dont give a darn and it makes you wonder what are they doing to your food if they get upset with you and there are people out there that are willing to work for the money that Checkers is willing to pay and they have good customer service skills I dont know where these people come from at this Checkers on Henry Boulevard but overall the burger was delicious . And I think Checkers needs to revisit that get these people some training because apparently they dont have any customer service skills Checkers have a very good burger ....very good burger .....the fries everything is good.... its just the people and those attitudes they gotta go

My family and I went to the Checkers on 70 GA 138 in stockbridge Ga and it was the worst customer service we ever experience...we.were totally ignored..we waited at the window as 3 employees were working for at least 22mins..not 1 took a moment to acknowledge our existence...The worst customer service we ever experience...we were beside ourselves..then we decided to go thru the drive thru and once again we were ignored..for a moment we took it personal...but truth....Managers need to train their employees on how to treat their customers...we give this franchise a -F for service...too bad very new in the area and wanted a burger...WE WILL NEVER VISIT ANOTHER CHECKERS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN.

If I could give it no stars i would. Ive been here on several occaisions and the service has been absolutely terrible every time. They are extremely slow. One day i sat in the parking lot as they pulled me up and watched them automatically pull up 6 more cars. On other occasions not only were thay eude but extremely slow. For service to be this bad, they could at least have better attitudes about it. Ive had an bad encounter with every emplyee that works drive thru at this location. I reccomend passing it up if your trying to stay on time with your schedule.

Sloppy with presentation, cold fries , unfriendly sevice / rude isnt the word for their attitude... It was not what I was remembering about them or their food.. Second Checkers that has treated me like this .. Need to be training your employees how to handle people that are paying you to fix their food... Ive been in the ff industry for yrs and Im always nice with a smile even with rude mean hungry people.. That was always required to get the job...

This checkers sucks first the manager is very rude when you want to use the coupon after filling out the survey online, secondly the food always looks unappealing and just slapped together, they get your order wrong more often than none, and lastly they dont put their store number on their receipts so that you cant rate them on the companys website.

I visited this checker and I think that they have improved better than before. The first visit the manager name Bill was very rude and nasty about everything. Now they have people with great customer service.

We had aske for a vanilla frosting and we had changed ours minds. So we changed it to chocolate and the drive through lady clearly stated "good lord " . i felt so much disrespect.
