Food was fantastic and really enjoyed my beer. We received our order in a timely fashion and the prices were great! The only reason I didnt give a 5 star review is because of a rude employee. My mom mistakenly forgot to ask for her burger to be cooked well done at the recommendation of her oncologist. We apologized and asked her if she could possibly take it back and put it on the grill for a few more minutes. She huffed and puffed about it but she took it and brought it back, the burger was cooked perfectly. The only other issue was simply asking for a knife. She told us "we have no clean knives". Thats it. When asked a couple minutes later, she again said "we have no clean knives. They have to be washed through the dishwasher". Okay... Not a single clean knife in the restaurant? Heard. So my dad went up and asked someone else at the register, hoping to find someone else who could be more helpful. The result? He reached and grabbed a knife that was a mere couple feet away. Thank you brother! She was young and looked irritated for whatever reason. Maybe she had a bad day. But if youre in the service industry, at least try and make an effort. At least tell your guests youre looking for a solution and will be back with us shortly (hes washing them, Ill bring you one as soon as theyre ready or let me go check) would work. A small request shouldnt put a chip on your shoulder. But other than that employee that dreads one or two requests, our experience was great! We will definitely be back! :)

First visit was awesome. I had the hippy burger and I was blown away by the flavors. My visit on July 3rd was short-lived. Apparently they had a backup on the line and somebody messed up in order so they had a refire the order which put the entire line behind on tickets. From somebody such as myself that has restaurant experience that can cause a problem. Because the faster you do something the quality of the food will suffer. I ordered a hippie Burger it was burnt on one side and I was served without french fries. I would give this place a lesser rating but I cant be too mad because it is literally just upscale fast food restaurant. Employees on the line need to be trained better but that is all I got to say.

My turkey burger was yummy, asked for no bacon, was delivered with bacon, sent it back, the bacon was just removed-which I could have just done myself at the table. I ordered onion rings, they were sooo incredibly greasy, I couldnt eat them. All I could taste was oil, yuck. My daughters grilled cheese was decent, but the apple slices were not fresh, brown and wilted, definitely not crisp. My husband liked his burger, so that was the one positive. Oh and we got a shake, which the flavor was pretty good however more than half of it was whipped cream. Nah. We wont be back unfortunately.

One of the best burgers Ive ever had, and Ive had some amazing burgers and my wifes salad was exceptional too. Excellent craft beer beer selection, too. Love the Pontoon IPA but they need to add the Reformation IPA. Our kids rarely have strong opinions on food, unless of course they hate it. But they actually talked about how great their burgers were. But the highlite was our waitress, Tonya. She was sweet & hilarious, and of course took great care of us. After 5 minutes it was as if wed known her for decades. Rare to find that out here in S. Forsyth.

Visited for the first time on Sunday 10/16/2016 at 1:30 pm. The food, burgers and sides, were excellent. We opted to sit at the bar to get full service. Unfortunately the communication between the bar and the kitchen was very flawed. Our food was delivered to the wrong customers and it took over 20 minutes for this situation to be corrected. A manager never made an appearance to explain. I was told that he was on break and we saw him sitting in his car in the parking lot. I doubt that we will return.

i visited your restaurant the other day .I was really pleased with our food it was exeacellant The little short bartender that waited on us I think her name was Bailey was such a delight ,we loved talking to her and she was on top of things. We are looking forward stopping as we come back threw. Thank you for such wonderful service. We will be sure to tell all our friends about your food and your great hospitality. I had the standard burger. It was a good piece of meat but the bun was nothing special.Wife had the Swimin up the stream (Salmon Burger) and she loved it. We got the fries with cheese and bacon. They were edible but had little taste. The staff were your average millennialist who did not care if we were there or not. A little disappointing. Price for the 2 sandwiches, smothered fries and 2 drinks 29.55. Keep in mind this is counter service

Loved the fresh ground burger! That makes the best burger. Great alternatives to burgers too! Wish they had someone at the door to tell us what to do -- not obvious to go through hallway to right up to register behind the wall. My Lockhart Legend was delicious and so big that I couldnt pick it up. Wish the paper liner in the tray was thicker. Overall good eating! Thanks Grubburgerbar for a local, fresh ground burger!

Cool concept but meh. The scorpion burger was very bland and way too much lettuce and thick cut tomatoes just all around wasnt impressed. Burger was cooked properly for my liking and juicy just bland. Not what I expected for the list of ingredients on the menu. Couldnt taste the peppers or anything. Great presentation just zero flavor. Gets were great and beer was cheap

Family in from out of town - had lunch there on a Fri afternoon. Best burger Ive had in a long time. Surprised at how inexpensive it was. Staff is really friendly. Decor was warm - with a loft feel to it. Great place. The "ambassador" who greeted us - Laurie - explained the whole concept to us and checked on us several times. Great people. Cant go wrong here.

One star only because the staff were nice. The burgers were terribly over cooked to the point there was a nasty burnt crust on the bottom. Fries were over salted. Didnt receive the correct beer I ordered. I dont usually write reviews but was compelled enough by the bad food to try and save someone elses $30 for dinner for 2.

The burgers are good if you can get past the horrible service, incorrect orders, & extreme attitude by the staff. Ive gone here several times; never once have I received a correct order OR good service. Nothing but attitude when you ask for them to give you what you actually paid for/ordered.

This is our second time here and we love it! Customer service is always so great, not to mention the food is delicious. Atmosphere is lively with great music. The manager on duty went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend this place!

This is the best burger at the right price. Everything is fresh and soooo good. The fries are the best but the sweet potatoes fries are greeeeaaat. We eat here at least twice a week. My kids love it. Love it.!!! Thanks Grub burger.
