The coffee is good they get 2 stars for that. I ordered a turkey bagel Harvarti sandwich and was told they didnt have turkey. So I ordered sausage on the sandwich. I waited 10 min and decided to ask if my sandwich was ready and with 5 or 6 people working they had not started to make the sandwich. Ok....young lady said she would get right on it. 2 min later I was told they had no eggs. Enough...I asked for my money back. How can you be so unorganized running a business. Manager was no better. I am to wait 3-4 days for refund to go back on my card....lets see if that happens. Get the coffee but nothing else.

SO this is the first place I ever saw that had an "out to lunch" sign. in a hospital of all places. as I waited for about 10-13 min, I saw at least $100 in sales go out the door. Then when the worker returns. She information me they dont have the "tonic" to make frozen drinks. which was the WHOLE reason I walked over in this sweltering heat in the 1st place. Thanks Detroit.

This location is inside Henry Ford Hosptial near the cafe, so I had to pay for parking but the coffee & service are still fabulous!!!
