We live closer to this Burger King location but we drive further to the Windward location to get our food. This location needs a lot of work.Food takes forever to come out when in the drive thru and when you finally get your order its burned or does not taste right. They never answer the phone. It always goe to a fax machine. Who ever is running this location needs to learn how to run a food business, After all it is not a auto parts store for gods sake! It is a restaurant... Do your job or let somebody else do a better job... BTW, I had a restaurant and I know the business very well. My ratting is one star and the reason behind that the person who answered the phone after the 5th try all she can tell me "it was not my shift and I apologize for that!" Wow! is that all?? I will be calling corporate first thing Monday...

nothing makes me more angry than when a place "closes" before closing time. I stoped by 30 minutes before closing after a long night at work and the one lady working said she was alone, closed, and unable to make me food. This behavior for any type of restaurant or service industry is completely disrespectful and wrong. I will never be back and will be calling to speak to a manager about her behavior. ps: I have grown up in the food business my whole life with my father owning a restaurant and i do understand this was late at night, however i am a customer and i expect to be served until the restaurant is truly closed as marked on the door.

My wife and I live within 1 mile of this Burger king and have been there several times , every time is the same SLOW service . On Sat 2/09/2013 @ 11:45 am I waited no less than 14 min. for 2 double cheese burgers and frys. I had to ask the Manager for a refund .. I went across the street to Mc Donalds a got my food in 55 seconds. I timed it. If you plan on using this Burger King be pepared to wait. I dont know what would happen if they got a lunch rush the place would expolde. The crew moves a a snails pace and the management seems quite lost. SLOW SLOW SLOW

I work down the street at Mr.Tire. Every time I have gone to this location for food, it has been sitting out for a while (like multiple hours). The chicken fries are cold and the burger was old, and the buns were hard like they had been sitting out. The service is all right depending on what day you go in. The breakfast and morning crew are alright, but I would much rather go to mcdonalds or basically any other restaurant near by. Not worth the time or money. Unfortunately, you cant give a restaurant zero stars

Not impressed. How do you mess up "Lettuce and tomato only?" The little food pictures are circled correctly on the wrapper but my sad looking whopper is plain. I understand waiting extra long during rush times but today was a fail for this location. Unfortunately the McDs across the street is their only competition.

Ive thrown up MULTIPLE times from this restaurants night crew. Ive complained to the management more than once and it reoccurred again tonight. Ive found strange looking objects on the chicken nuggets, and the cheeseburgers are hit or miss if they are good or not. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

How hard is it to put cheese on a cheese burger and not put onions on it. Twice in a row now this place has done this, I was very specific this time as to how I want my burger. This is why flipping burgers isnt a high salary position . O and dont bother calling to complain, they cant answer phones either

Slowest fast food restaurant ever, be prepared to order twice at the drive thru then wait long enough to feel guilty of your carbon footprint for your idling car. I have been here 4 times and every single time it has been slow, if we speed this place up we may just get global warming under control.

This location is disgusting, and the crew is slow and apathetic. Expect a long wait, the wrong food or old food, and potential food-borne illness. Do yourself a favor and go to one down by Windward Parkway. This location is in desperate need of new management.
