This is the one nearby Chinese place that has gotten my repeat business so far. It would be A+ buffet food if it were a buffet, but sadly its per entree. So I inherently think theyre overcharging since it tastes like top notch buffet food and not so much top notch entree food. The portions are good for the price, however, as we can usually eat twice on one of their dinners. The food quality is the best Ive had up here so far, the food flavorful usually (I got an entree one time that was bland and hastily made, though). Only issue is that all the chicken dishes taste pretty similar. Avoid the pepper steak as its pretty gross and even I could do better. Sesame and General Tsos chicken are both solid as well as the hot and sour soup.

decent prices for a ton of food that is of both good quality and tastes great. The restaurant definitely invokes that "hole in the wall" feeling. Our sodas were brought out in cans (I dont know if they have fountain machines or not). Very small space (not more than 20 tables/booth I bet). Though we thought it questionable at first, we were met with a fantastic and attentive server, fast and well paced food, and decently large portions that left us having to take most of it home! Delicious food that satisfied both the tongue and belly. This is definitely one of those small restaurants that is well worth a trip to.

I moved to Novi and needed a new local Chinese eatery. Reviews were good here, so I ordered my staple meal of choice, thats how I test new eateries. My orange chicken was quite tasty and looked great, and the sauce was really good. The crab Rangoon was perfectly crispy and tasty, the egg roll was also perfectly crispy and fresh tasting..you can usually judge a place by its egg roll alone I think. . I gave it a 4 because i felt the breading on the chicken could be more evenly coated, some spots were a bit bready, but still very good.

The service is friendly and the location is well kept. I ordered Shrimp Fried Rice and Sesame Chicken. The fried rice was well prepared, however the chicken was not. The meat was heavily breaded (I had quite a few pieces that were only bread). It was mostly made of dark meat and it had an unusual texture (an unpleasant surprise). On top of that, there was a strange after taste. I was very disappointed considering all of the positive reviews, maybe I will try a different selection next time (if I ever eat here again).

OMG. My bf and I ate this for dinner last night and we both woke up running to the bathroom! My stomach hasnt stopped cramping since I woke up and we both are running to the toilet every half hour! Eating this junk is equivalent to taking a box of laxatives. It was definitely this food we were fine before we decided to order "Chinese". Theres no telling how long they have that rice back there just adding new rice to it. Never Again but I guess this place is great it youre looking to lose 5lbs through diarrhea.

We really like this place; it is the best around. The dishes have big chunks of chicken or meat, the sesame chicken is great! and you can get it spicy+++, the sweet and sour chicken is too sweet, but it is still better than the rest of the chinese restaurants in this area. The Egg Drop soup is great and served with those crunchy things. I didnt like the Orange Chicken, but maybe that is just me. Again, the Sesame Chicken is goooood. Only downside: it is a little expensive by comparison.

Ordered take out on a Saturday afternoon. There was no one there and I had never eaten here, so I was worried. I got the Almond Chicken (love me some ABC) lunch special with an extra egg roll, which came out to just over 7 bucks. It was all very very good. It came with a lot of chicken, chicken fried rice and was enough food for two meals if you dont have a big appetite. Their lunch specials all seem like very good values. Will definitely return.

Typical Chinese American food. Friendly nice people. Place seemed clean, but food not appetizing, premade bought sauces like sesame, general tso smelled like burnt motor oil. Spring rolls with nothing in them. No passion for food prep or recipes. Ordered all white meat. It was rubbery and a thick pancake like batter was falling off. Chicken fried rice was hard, not moist and fresh. Definitely wont be back.

We found the food to be very lack luster. We got general tso chicken and sesame chicken, won ton soup, egg rolls, and crab rangoons. Most everything had a strange after taste which makes me think their oil was old. The meat in the dishes was very inconsistent, where some pieces were white and others were dark and chewy/fatty. I wont say it was BAD but we definitely wouldnt choose to go back.

It was the First time trying this restaurant tonight and I was extremely impressed!! We bought a couple different combination dinners so everyone could try a little bit of everything to find out what we like since every Chinese place is different. The Sesame chicken and beef with snow peas and mushrooms was DELICIOUS!!! This definitely just became my favorite Chinese restaurant.

My baby and I love this place, its the best around. We split an order of chicken chop suey, and get two bowls of there awesome hot and sour soup. Were stuffed, and the bill is decent. Great almond chicken also. Theyre always busy with carry out orders, so you might have to wait a bit for that, but our order is always right.

Im of Cantonese origin and I can tell you the food is authentic, and the chef is from South China - Guangzhou. Just moved to Novi and found this restaurant to be pretty good. Southern China food really is better than most of other regions of China. Anyway Ive so far tried 2 dishes both are pretty good. Id recommend it.

Best chinese around! Sweet and sour chicken is delicious,as well as the beef and broccoli combo, the egg rolls are top notch. Also love the fried rice and won ton soup, and the pork chop suey. I have yet to find a better place to eat,and for the price its great and recomend it to everyone who loves chinese food.

Ive tried every other Chinese restaurant in this area and this was by far the best place. I will definitely be going again. Every place around here, the fried rice is a yellow color, where here it is brown and has really good flavor. Also the Crab Ragoons were really tasty. The portions where huge too.

Very friendly staff, always a good to excellent meal here. The menu is kind of small, and they rarely have anything different, but what they do make they make very well. We enjoy coming here every couple of weeks and have yet to find a better Chinese place in the area after 4 years.

Super bland and under seasoned. I ordered the Mongolian beef and the meat was poor quity and there wasnt much of it. In my order ALONE there was at least 3/4 of a large whute onion. I like onions, but it was just overpowering and not worth the price.

Best food here! Whenever we order Chinese its a given that its from here! Ive recommended the food to family who love it just as much! Very large portions always have enough left over for a second meal! My favorite is the General Tso chicken!
