Unprofessional and not good food....greeted by the cook which was pleasant. First the ice machine was broke ok I understand you cant help that. Next went to find somewhere to sit the restaurant was empty an employee Im pretty sure a manager was sitting in the lobby on his cellphone on speakerphone having conversation so we went to the other side of the restaurant I didnt want to eat while listening to that!! So....literally every table dirty finally find a suitable table and receive our food burgers SUCKED!!! My daughter compared the burgers to ones we cook at home which is on charcoal....disappointing dinner Burger King and location needs some cleaning up

Me and two of my friends went inside today at about 5:30 or so... We all ordered separate meals, paid with our own money... Except for the fact that none of our meals will correct. Wrong sandwiches, or incorrect toppings. Also, the ice machine was broken, the kitchen was a mess... I didnt see a single hairnet on any of the kitchen workers. I will NOT be visiting this location again. The entire crew was very Slack, and even the management seems to be underwhelmed, as we were leaving three employees stepped outside, including the manager and were smoking cigarettes near the drive-thru window... all in all wholly unimpressive experience.

When there on 1-29-17 with my wife we ordered two Whopper meals which which were all wrong we both ordered onion rings with our meal which I had to go back up because nobody dropped any we were served cold fries instead once I got my food my wife pulled plastic out of her mouth that was in her whopper sandwich I have called their customer hotline number twice and has yet to receive a call back from any managers regarding this serious problem I would advise people to not ever go back to this place they have managers that do not care

I love Burger King ! ! , this place was hell the girl that waited on us was leaning on the counter with her hands in her face like she had all she could do to stay awake. Then she couldnt remember the order and asked us three times to repeat it. The drive thru was broke, you had to order from the window and wait. Then they ask us to pull over to get our order ready. They also didnt have onion rings or Mocha ice coffee. The building is disgusting and dirty. Will never go there again. Im from out of town and that was ridiculous.

I really dont like Burger King b/c of past experiences in product and service. There was a special running so I gave them another chance. This visit reminded me of why I dislike Burger King. Besides waiting about ten minutes for our food, we learned there were NO tea or non-carbonated drinks. My family CANT drink soda. I asked for milkshakes and was told there would be an extra charge. They were going to charge me because they had nothing to offer. The cashier tried to smooth things over but the manager was just RUDE.

Its hard to get worse than this location. Even if youre the only customer, it still takes forever to get your food. Meanwhile the employees are laughing and talking loudly about drugs. In between shooting you dirty looks and acting like its a problem that you even want to eat. 1 person out of everyone seems to be working and doing their best. I honestly feel bad for them. I work close by and in the last 5 years NOTHING has changed. Good Luck!

I just ordered a sausage and cheese croissant. It was luke warm and tasted old. Im so dissatisfied with this location. I loved BK growing up as a child. Somewhere the quality of this business got lost thru the years. I may try to purchase a franchise just to re-invent the wheel. One more thing at this location somebody need to tend to the lawn. It almost looked abandoned, guess I should have keep going on by when I notice that...

VERY disgusting place, and the workers look just as disgusting. Their coke looked like toilet water. Their onion rings are NOT onion rings, but thats not their fault, they serve what burger king gives them. I will never go to this place even though I live 3 minutes away, I would rather drive 10 for better service and class. And their restaurant needs updating...better yet, just shut it down, its an eyesore anyway

this place is a big no no.First of all its food is health hazard because i found 2 ants in my drink when i pourd it in my cup at home. second of all the location is bad because when you exit there is literly a trafic light right in front of u. very bad service im hearing the yelling and cursing about making the danm food if you dont want to work there why do! very bad place dont spend time and money here!

Please some one help this location. Broken intercom. 30 minute window time (yes, I waited that long and got gas from next door in the meantime). For a while they werent sure if they even had iced coffee... not sure if its a lack of management, employees (I see a hiring notice on the window) or care for this location, but seriously, help. This could be a friendly neighborhood BK!! DONT LOSE HOPE!!!

Why are these chains still open for business? They are slow, equipment broken cant place an order you have to drive to the window to place one order at a time and Ive been in line forever. They could at least come to the first window to take my order and be ready by the time I pull to the second one. The line is long !!!! These are the reasons the Burger King franchise doesnt do well !!!

Updated: Id give 0 if i could, left empty handed after order was made wrong 3 times, order was only ketchup... Gave this place 3 chances, every time you wait 10+ minutes for them to finish their conversations long enough to take your order, then when you get it its always wrong. I got a gift card and I wont be coming back here, thats how bad it is. Inside is also not that clean.

Drove someone in my party here. This place is truly disgusting! Drive thru speaker doesnt work. Theres a huge fan propped in the first drive thru window. Isnt that unsanitary?? The people here run in & out to smoke & return without washing there hands. From what I could see, the inside could use a good cleaning. Maybe the entire place should be remodeled all together.

Seriously?!?!?! We arrived at 8:40 pm on a Tuesday fully expecting to eat inside but SURPRISE the employees had already locked the doors. We drove to the drive through and the speaker was broken. Went to the window asked about up sizing a meal that we had a coupon for....you know giving them EXTRA MONEY. We were told NO. We left and ate at Wendys

The services was terrible. They took forever to even come to the call box. The wait was long and then as i got to the window the manager walks out to talk to some woman. I spent 8 minutes at the window for them to prepare the food and i was cold when i got it. Not to mention it was sloppily prepared. The overall quality and service was terrible.

The cashier was pleasant which was a plus, but the very outdated drink station was full gnats which i brought to the staffs attention! The womens bathroom toilets were so disgusting i couldnt even use the restroom! The doors of the trash canisters were filthy this was at 11:00 so this means they werent cleaned the night before!
