The American Table is just slightly more expensive than other restaurants in the michiana area serving the same food, in my opinion of course. The place can get pretty crowded but surprisingly they still have decent service and the food comes out quick. Last time I went, I had two babies with me and they helped us feel welcome and dealt with your crazy life. Very friendly!

Fast service for lunch. Great variety of food. Lunch specials are a great value - entrees come with a bowl of soup. It is very filling. I have only been here at lunch, but always been seated quickly, drink order taken, food ordered, and food delivered quickly. If I didnt take my time, I could easily be out in less than a half hour. Highly recommend.

Easily one of the BEST restaurants in town. Weve been going there for over 20 years. Everyone is super friendly, the food is absolutely amazing, and they have huge portions for great prices. I highly recommend the soup! Its the best. Period. We go there regularly just to get it. Everything else is great too!!!

Such a wonderful place to enjoy the time and not feel rushed. My waiting service was helpful and most obliging. The food, I cannot complain about, it was filling and certainly reasonably priced. I couldnt have asked for a more perfect evening. The next time Im in town, I will definitely stop in again.

Went there for breakfast for my husbands birthday. There were 16 family members that met us there. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They were able to seat us all at the same table. The food was delicious. Recommend highly!!!

I rarely give bad reviews but...15 minutes of waiting for a server to show up. I finally had to ask for a server. Then our order was mixed up, but we ate it anyway because we were out of time. The food was just average.

Homemade soup is very good. I am picky as I make my own. Get the unlimited soup & salad; individual servings are 29 cents cheaper so no opportunity to sample the other soup of the day.
