In the grand scheme of Burger King Drive Thrus...You have to wonder why they put the trash bin AFTER the window...it should be before, so you can get yesterdays KFC cup out of the cupholder before you put the new one in. But I digress. The only problem with the Taylor St. BK is speed. Theyre kinda slow...and if you could guarantee that the reason was because they were handcrafting a new burger experience, thatd be one thing, but hey, its supposed to be in and out...

Items on menu read one price but when I got to the window I was charged something else I brought this to the attention of the manager but she said I must be wrong and never actually looked at me during any of our conversation they attempted to charge me twice and each time my meal got more expensive not going back here think something sketchy is going on

horrible been 2 x since moving from Senoia 1st time sat in drive threw over an hour 2nd time they didnt give us 1/2 our food went right in and the their employees tried to argue they gave it to us and the bag with the missing food was sitting on the counter. May be poorest ran fast food store in the country. Even worse than Griffin Mcdonalds on 16

Ive had a generally average experience, but just tonight I ordered a GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH, and I was given a CHEESEBURGER. I got ripped off. Plus I have lactose intolerance, so they made a VERY BIG MISTAKE. I will be thinking twice before going there ever again. As a regular customer, this is a double insult. McDonalds is a shorter drive.

my experience was horrible i waited at the drive thru for five minutes no one took my order and when i pulled around to the window the cashier was drinking a soda so i go inside and the line is beyond long people were looking mad and upset no employee had a smile on their face so i just walked out i didnt even want any food after all that

I asked for water and he brought me coke. I gave it back and he brought back the same cup that had the coke in it and put water in it. The water was brown looking so I sent it back again. He then brought me water but the top had coke in it so I sent him back to get me another top. All of that just for some water. Smh.

So were talking about Burger King, here. You get what you get in terms of food quality. But the five stars come for the ladies that work the drive-thru. They are always so friendly, and happy and having a good time at the window. Their positive attitude makes me happy to do business with this location.
