No matter when I visit this restaurant there is a problem. The service is horribe and the parking lot and drive thru areas are filthy! Their always out of something mainly whatever they advertising which is crazy! Seems to me u would order more of whatever it is that u are promoting! I went 5 different times over a 2 week period and they still didnt have the sweet and spicy sauce for the bites. Tonight was my sixth time trying. I pulled up to the speaker and was asked to hold. I remained on hold for 8 mins without anyone saying anything else to me! I finally decided to leave but of course at checkers the only way u can leave is to back out! The person behind me was kind enough to back up and let me out but probably because they decided to leave as well! This is the closest Checkers to my home but I can promise u I will not be visiting this location again! The entire staff need to be replaced!

Terrible service, terrible pace, okay food. All of the employees are so rude and ghetto, they were playing music so loudly that the lady couldnt even hear my order, so i said, turn down the music and she did not and got my order wrong. I never get a thank you, enjoy your meal, come back again, nothing. And theyre always out of something. Not to mention, the service is slower than snails. I really dont think that theyre making an effort to change that much.

The food was fresh, and my order was correct, yet the staff were incredibly abrasive. I ate outside of the restaurant. After approaching the front window for condiments, I was met with a "What do you want?" I asked for a certain sauce and was then yelled at for not knowing that they did not serve it! The customer is never right, here, apparently. I would not completely avoid here, but Id order in the drive-thru if possible.

Terrible service, workers always have attitudes, I went there for them to correct my sandwich, and instead of making me a new sandwich, they took my sandwich that they messed up and put condiments and a fresh piece of cheese on it, it was really gross, they always mess up my order, if I pay my money I want my order to be correct. I recommend they fire everyone and hire new people!!

Took forever for them to take care of the car in front of me in drive through. I waited 10mins behind that car to just get to the window. Looks like they where taking additional orders at the window. They should have pulled him up or something. If I could have gotten my car out of line. I would have. Ridiculous!

When I got to the restaurant they stated that they were only able to cook 3 different types of burgers from the menu and boneless wings. Made an order and they still couldnt get it correct. Needless to say that night my youngest daughter just had to share with mommy.

They didnt spit in the food. Thats honestly the best I can come up with. The whole process took > 30 minutes, I had to place my order 3 times. It was a miracle that it was correct. To top it all off, we were accosted multiple times by grifters.

Always friendly service and always gets my order correct, unlike some other Checkers in town. I love getting the free bacon roadhouse burger with a large drink purchase by taking the survey on the receipt.

this is my hangout spot, they have good food and cheap price, you just have to try them all and find out what you like, but i love the shakes, go early before the shake machine is off for cleaning
