My family and I experienced the worst service weve ever seen at a restaurant. We had called a week in advance to set a reservation for eleven for my brothers graduation. We got there and waited about a half hour to even order drinks. When those finally came we had to ask for water again. After asking very politely three times for water that eventually came too. My dad asked for his coffee three times and even that never came. After waiting about two long hours for our food, my brother didnt even get the right meal and neither did my sister. Most of the beans and rice didnt arrive till the main meal was nearly gone and cold. No follow up was even mentioned. For a very patient, polite family we have never been more dissapointed and I feel bad for anyone who goes there after us.

I have been going to El coyotes for years, and have never been disappointed. Whether youre going for happy hour with the guys or dinner with the family, its always an appropriate venue and the food is delicious. Personally, I recommend the guacamole made table side, and a shot of infused tequila, or better yet, a signature margarita with a tequila floater!
