Burger 21 has expanded quite a lot over the years, and has finally reached the suburbs of Johns Creek. Walking in, the interior is modern and clean, typical of most gourmet style burger joints nowadays. What I really enjoy is their sink in the dining area, something you dont see a lot in restaurants. Near the back, you find the register to one side where you order, and a bar to the far side. Theres also a really nice condiment bar in the back, as well as a coke freestyle machine. I ordered The Bacon Cheesy medium rare, which is topped with red onion, applewood bacon, American, lettuce and tomato on a brioche style bun. While the burger was cooked a little more rare than I wouldve liked, the burger overall had a really nice balance, and was a classic bacon cheeseburger. My friend also ordered a side of fries which we shared, which were cooked well and had just the right amount of seasoning. My only gripe is the pricing. I dont have anything to hate with these newer burger joints, but the portion sizes are just too small for the price Im paying. Smashburger has similar pricings, but the burgers are a lot more filling than the one I had here. I want to try more of the burgers another time, and maybe tack on an extra star in the future.

This place is absolutly amazing the burgers tasted amazing, the price is just a little high but theyre hugh quality burgers so expact it to be a little pricey the service was amazing they made sure we were taken care all the time, trying to make sure we dont get up to do anything which I found interesting. This is now my favorite Burger place.

There was nothing exceptional about this place. Confusing on how to order. Staff taking our order did not smile or seem happy to be there. Food itself was decent. milkshake however had absolutely NO flavor. Never mind that they got the flavor I wanted wrong but the coffee flavored milkshake I did get was flavorless.

We tried this place for the first time the other day and it was delicious! The burgers taste incredible and the atmosphere is nice. Really cool sauce bar with plenty of interesting choices. I had the Tex-Mex burger and it was cooked perfectly to order and I had absolutely no complaints. Looking forward to returning.

Great burgers, but the sauce selection is truly what makes the experience special. The only complaint is that I love a sunny side up egg on my burger. No matter how many times I order it here, it comes hardboiled. Hardboiled eggs as you can imagine are not great on burgers. Get this figured out for 5 stars.

OMG!! My daughter and I went to the Johns Creek location and it was quite a ride from where we live but the burgers AND the staff was EXCELLENT!! It was definitely worth the trip, and we WILL be visiting again...at least once a week. So if you are reading this, I promise you wont be disappointed!!

Overpriced..burger was undercooked & cold..they seemed pre-cooked. Fries were good w/ nice choice of sauces. Floats were abt $5 for 2 scoops of ice cream handed to you with a bottle of coke! Not too impressed. Maybe if they lowered the price on the burgers & shakes...

Great burgers and Fries! They bring out your order to your table. Also, they have a hand washing station near the entrance. My wife particularly likes the fact that you can wash your hands before and after. Their variety of sauces is tasty with burgers and fries.

We love Burger 21, we used to go to the location in Buford but that was always a mad scene, but know they ve open other locations in the Atlanta area we now go to the Johns Creek location and this spot is way less crowded but dont tell anybody else.

Its a new place, and Ive only been twice, but from what Ive experienced so far I like. The burgers are delicious. Im a fan of how soft the buns are, and the burgers (at least the one I had) was picture perfect.

A little pricey, but the burgers and shakes are always on point. The array of sauces to try is wonderful. However, the hot dogs are practically impossible to eat without making a mess!

Been here a few times has good food and milkshakes. One of the 2 times I have had 2 go took 30 mins when I was in a hurry but sitting down and eating and hanging with friends is nice.
