I love Chicken Kitchen but the one in Miracle Mile SUCKS! I mean I have ordered my lunch at 11:00 a.m. and it arrived at 12:40 p.m. Plus it was cold. This never really happen before put since May 2011 the service has really change. My office is fan of Chicken Kitchen but lately the service is poor and our office is a block away and it takes more then an hour for it to come. I would think its fresh since it took so long but the rice is hard and the lettuce are brown. I recommand Chicken Kitchen but not this locate not at all. Unless you like nasty food and poor services.

Im with these people on how terrible this Chicken Kitchen is. Ive tried several times to make this a good lunch option for work and it is always impossible. I tried ordering delivery, and it took over an hour. I tried ordering for pick up, and I waited longer than if I would have made the line (which was out the door and I called 30min earlier) On top of that, they ALWAYS get my order wrong. Unless you are gonna go, wait in line, and watch them prepare your order this placeis a complete waste.

If I could give this location zero starts I would. I order through UBEREATS and I specially requested for sauces. I called the store and explained that they didnt include the sauces to please deliver the complete order and the manager replied "what do you want me to do, I dont know what to do" he was extremely unprofessional. Chicken Kitchen you guys are doing a terrible job training your managers and staff. Shame on you.

I always order lunch from here and Ive seen all the negative reviews and maybe its because I get my food delivered but of the 10 times Ive ordered lunch 10 times they got the order right! The food is super tasty and JULIAN the guy who takes my order knows my name and is so nice and accomodating! Thanks Julian and the Chicken Kitchen team!!!!!! 329 palermo!!!!!!!

I rang this restaurant on a Monday evening before 7. Hardly peak time. I was put on hold twice for so long I gave up both times, spoke to by two different people who were BOTH so incredibly abrupt and rude that I gave up completely. Please learn some basic manners and please dont pair bad English with crap customer service.

Everytime I try to place an order for delivery, there is a problem. I have been told twice that they are not accepting anymore orders for the day (at 5pm) and i was just told there is no driver for saturday, one of their busier days. I would love to rate the food but this establishment wont allow me to order it.

I order Chicken Kitchen for delivery and always have a problem, takes more than an hour to receive, the food is cold, to top everything off when i receive my food and open the bag there is no utensils, How do you deliver FOOD without any utensils. Im disappointed!

I cant understand why so many have Givin this restaurant such negative reviews. The place is always clean and the food is always fresh, the employees are kind and prepare your food fast. And the manager isnt afraid to put some work in as well.

The soda machine was broken and was given a can soda instead, the line was out the door and it was very humid and some of the tables were filthy.
