They have gotten better the older man keeps the lobby sparkling and always makes me feel welcome. My food is always hot and fresh made to order thanks BK employees Indian Trail.. btw im extremely picky when it comes to customer service. They fit the bill ,, Kim is always friendly in drive thru and the front counter staff get five stars as well WAY TO GO.. signed happy customer

OK they have very good service i love the food here its very clean and the food is very fresh and is cook well done i love the people here theyre very nice and polite i will like to eat here again my favorite food here is the onion ring and the Sundaes.... dont go to McDonald if your hungry come to burger king on Indian trail rd, Norcross, GA 30093 i loved it

This location is atrocious. Every time I go to this one I inevitably have to pull forward and wait at least fifteen minutes extra for my food, which is almost always sub par. If I had a closer alternative location, I would never visit here again. BK, do yourself a favor and fire this entire locations staff and start from scratch.

The night manager just tried to literally fight me for deciding i no longer wanted food after he had copt an attitude. Throwing gang signs and cussing me out he waisted police time on the situation. His name is supposedly cornelius mcgee or something to that effect. I will never eat burger king again.

Its Burger King. You can have your Whoppers, your way: too bad this location IS NOT open 24/7. And 10 piece chicken nuggets for $1.49 as a small snack/appetizer if one doesnt want a Whopper or any big meal.

Maybe I got their Avengers work force today, but everyone was chill. Cashier helped a lot and manager was very friendly letting off an approachable atmosphere. Got my order correct and super hot.
