Horrible customer service experience ever! This is my first time leaving a review for anyone and it is definitely worth the last 10 minutes of my lunch break to post this. I understand it is busy but I waited 30 minutes for a burger I never received. People who came after me got their meals before me. This was in the takeout line. I politely asked for a refund because my hour lunch is over and I am starving. The cashier was ok but he had to get his manager for the refund. I explained that I wish I had more time and she never looked up to make eye contact. She just handed me my refund and walked away. No apologies or explanation. Worse lunch break in the history of all my lunch breaks. Thanks for taking and wasting 30 minutes of my life.

Given the price for this food, you would expect much better service. I ordered fries during a slow time (about 10:30 pm) and it took ten minutes to get them. Ten minutes! I was the only customer in the to-go line and I could see the employees in the kitchen goofing off with their phones. The damn fries werent even seasoned. There are so many other options at PCM with friendly employees and better food. Will no longer be going to this location 100% because of the terrible service. Also, just a thought if this is the best burger youve ever had, try Yeah burger, Illegal Foods, Bocado, or Farm Burger.

I recently visited H&F in Ponce City Market, or as I call it the hipster oasis in the O4W. While the burger was good, I had the regular cheeseburger, I didnt think it was the best burger in Atlanta. The fries were basically your standard Varsity fare. I felt the service was adequate. It was lunch time and there were two people working behind the counter refilling drinks, taking orders, and taking care of bills, so I didnt expect top notch service. If you work/live near here then its a good place to go for a burger but I feel there are better values as far as burger chains to be had in the city.

H&F is the absolute best burger experience Ive ever had - every time Ive had it. We live in Nashville, and we ALWAYS find a way to get to H&F Burger when we are in Metro Atlanta, whether it be at a Braves game, Ponce City Market, or wherever else they are available. The taste and consistency is out of this world. They dont overload the burgers with toppings...the simple bread & butter pickle is all it needs. The preparation of the meat speaks for itself. The fries are phenomenal as well. My mouth is watering just writing this review. I cant wait to get back to the ATL for my next H&F experience!

Ive been here a few times because I work upstairs. Their burgers are pretty good, love the house made ketchup! However today I ordered a burger and chocolate shake for $14. When my food came my shake was 1/3 empty..for $6 they couldnt fill the thing up!!! I told the person working the counter and they looked at me in the most "I dont care" way possible. She didnt even offer to fill it up!! The shake seemed like it was made with milk or melted ice cream, def not a thick shake at all. Burgers are good but for the price I expect more professionalism with the staff, service and most of all food!!

Not sure if this is the real deal since its not the original location, but it is good. And better than your turner field variant. Also, this trip was free as part of the test run. But they were pretty decent considering the insane crowd. For the price... You can get comparable burgers. But if you work in the area you cant walk to a better burger than this. And there is beauty in the simplicity of the H&F burger - double meat, cheese, sauce, and great bread. I also got to try the black and white shake. Pretty good! But $6 is steep.

I had their burgers several times. They are good-no doubt but, 12.00 good? Thats for you to decide. Like all of the food at PCM, its expensive if you go with friends. 12.00 for the burger. 3.00 for the fries. 5.00 for a "short" pint of draft beer, (really-like 10 oz of beer). Not much in the way of add ons. Just a burger with ketchup, mustard pickles and cheese. You can add bacon or a fried egg if you like. Thats about it. For the money, you can find just as good with better selection of add ons, (if thats your thing).

Best burger I have ever had. You might be able to find a better specialty burger with 900 toppings on it, but if you just want a damn good cheese burger come here. Also the staff is extremely friendly and just all around fund to talk with. Go to Ponce City Market, grab a burger, AND YOU BETTER NOT GET IT TO GO, YOU MUST SIT DOWN AND EAT IT, and then hit the coffee stand right behind it. You can thank me later.

The burgers were good. But they charged us for everything. My friend asked extra lemon for her water and he refused it by saying we dont have enough lemons. My friend wanted blue cheese first our waiter said they dont have it but later we saw it on the menu and he brought us blue cheese but charged us $1.50. They didnt have ranch. They even charged us for extra bread. Food was good but service wasnt the great.

One of the better pure burgers I have ever had. Theres no bacon or toppings really. But the quality of the meat is the best. I went through a stage of just going to burger restaurants. This is one of the best... But go during the weekdays mon-thursday that way you dont have to deal with the crowd unless you like that sort of thing. I wish they sold alcohol but its a great spot

I got the burger and it was good, but is this really the burger that people say it the best in Atlanta? It was good, but not the best. Want the best? Then go to General Muir or Bocado. I really like the pickles they put on there. Service was really quick. Fries were good. They were hand cut and seasoned well. The ketchup was really great.

Ive had the original and this is just not even close. The burger was dry and not super flavorful. Hell, the H&F in Turner Field is even better than this place...and thats run by Aramark! Staff was super friendly, though. Dont waste your time here. Go to Holeman and Finch and wait until burger time one night to get the full effect.

Everybody seems to love this place but honestly I think its a little overrated. You dont get much for what you pay for. Just a classic cheeseburger. Their menu is pretty limited, so you better like something out of just a couple options. Lucky thing is, if you dont like H&F, you can wander next door to something more appetizing.

H&F burgers are okay but nothing special. You can get a burger that is better or at least as good for less money. At many of the other burger places in Atlanta, e.g. Vortex, Grindhouse, Flip, etc. To make things worse the service is horrible and you have to deal with the bad attitude of the staff.
