Despite a rocky opening month, Burger Fi has settled into its routine, serving up consistent, fairly good burgers with mountainous, over-the-top sides. (Seriously. One order of fries or rings will be more than two reasonable people can eat, so order accordingly.) Draft beer and boozy (or not) shakes made with thick, sweet frozen custard are also available, making this a great choice for adults who want a little buzz with their burgers. The food compares very well to the better-known but over-priced Yeah! Burger in West Midtown. Harmless, solid food at standard Midtown prices.

Do not go here on your lunch break.This place was not even packed and it still took 40 minutes to make two burgers and an order of fries. The male cashier was nonchalant and rude. When I asked him about a certain topping, i think the fi sauce, he rolled his eyes. I asked the table of 3 gentleman next to me how long they had waited and he replied 30 minutes so far. They were making the to go orders FIRST. The worst part is the buns on the burgers were freezing cold. The food and service was horrible in my opinion. Would not visit again or recommend to my colleagues.

I must say I usually am a chicken girl, but just for you guys I tried the Angus beef! I have tried Farm Burger, but it had nothing on this burger! A lot like farm burger you are able to build your own burger, but they already had pre-made ones on the menu! I also had the Parmesan and herb french fries which were to die for! I love the added touch with the branding bun with the BurgerFi logo! I totally recommend this place! Tip: If you want to walk on the wild side try the Breakfast all day burger it is great!

I called on my lunch break so my food could be ready.. Coming all the way from Sandy Springs in ATL TRAFFIC .Waited 5 mins for my order to not be taken... Waited years for BURGERFRI to come to Georgia!! Knowing that it was based in Florida!!And couldnt even get my order taking!! Guess this is what happens when you try to let black people run your business!! And yes I am Black! Guess Ill be stuck eating disgusting McDonalds!!! THANK YOU BURGER FRI

The food is awesome, but the service is horrible. My coworkers and I have stopped frequenting this place because 2 out of every 3 visits, some of us would already be done eating before the last person in the party received their food. By far the worst service in the area as far as timeliness and getting orders right. The burgers are above average, but the lack of service makes it not worth it.

I think Burgerfi has finally proved me wrong that burgers dont have to be sloppy! The way the bun was kept together was perfect. I had no problem setting the burger down to eat some fries and drink my drink! Never had an easier time eating a burger. The burger, taste-wise, was really good! Im very happy I walked into Burgerfi, and also excited to share with you all.

Pretty great fresh food! The hamburger buns are grilled. They have many options for carnivores, low carbers, and vegetarians. The fries are big enough to split with two people! I thought it was kind of expensive though. Two burgers, two drinks, and one side of fries put us around $30. Id go here once in a while but only if I was too lazy to drive to Shake Shack.

This is by far my FAVORITE location. Always friendly staff, good service and great food. My sister is here from Virginia and swears Five Guys is the best. Took her to BF and she is converted. This place was great, definitely a good burger joint! A lot better than FiveGuys. Im pretty sure they even have vegetarian/ vegan options. (Although, i dont relly remember) They have the Coke freestyle machines for drinks. Staff was friendly and helpful to us newcomers. It was also very spacey, and they had a giant open window? you could sit next to.

Wow. I had a veggie burger. It was so luscious. The great taste lasted to the last bite. I will go back again and again just for the veggie burger. Everyone there is so nice and they have fun even if they have to work. Bravo for taking the time to make such great food. A Plus for having a great crew that seems to work so well together.

Swung by for lunch. Space is very open and bright. Some large tables with Edison lights -- if youre into that sorta thing. Food was great and a lot of ways to create your own burger and fries. Also have hotdogs on the menu. The nearby parking garage allows 2 hours free validated parking. Next time Im going to try a milkshake...

My kids and I love their food. They have hands down the best vege burger Ive ever had! Even to meat lovers like us, the VegeFi tastes better than most restaurants beef burgers. Their natural cut fries are simply awesome, too! Also, the beef burgers are great -- juicy and fresh tasting -- and onion rings tasty, too.

Great place for lunch or dinner. Has both inside and outside seating. Large screen tvs inside. The menu is mostly specialty burgers and gourmet hot dogs. A great line up of frozen custard deserts with lots of toppings available. An assortment of beer and wine too. Great midtown location.

Decent burger joint, has vegetarian options also. The hand cut fries are good. You may substitute a lettuce wrap instead of the bread on your sandwich. Place your order and collect the token for being called, it may take anywhere between 10 to 20 minutes for your order to be ready.

The inside was immaculate and the employees were very nice but when me and my group saw the prices our jaws hit the floor. It was priced akin to Five Guys since you had to buy everything separately. We still ended up eating there but my God do not go here if you want a cheap meal.

Love the French Fries. You can order them any way with different seasonings and toppings. I personally am in joy when I can order Limp (soft) fries with Herbs such as thyme, oregano and parsley. This is the only place I have been too that gives me this option. Thank you BurgerFi

Loved it! Me and my boyfriends food together came up to be $27.35. Each burger was about $8 and we shared a large fry for $3.27 and our drinks together were $5.54. The manager checked us out, she was super friendly. It was fresh and clean and eating outside was the best part.

I came here shortly after it opened. I felt that the food was overpriced and wasnt worth the expensive prices. I felt like Five Guys burgers were better and didnt cost as much. I had a burger, soft drink and fries/onion ring combo and it was $16. Im not motivated to go back.

Great place for lunch. Ordering was fast, and you pay as soon as you order. I like the tipping-not-required places. This means they pay their employees a fair wage, a business model more people should embrace, and more customers should support. Will continue to come here.

Great burgers and fries! Rings are OK if you like them big and thick. Last time there I got a "Conflicted Burger" (1 beef and 1 veggie patty), and it was delicious, even a bite with just the veggie patty. Fries are really good, fresh cut and crisply fried.
