By far the worst checkers in Tallahassee first let me start off by saying I visited the the restaurant July 9,2017 at 11:30pm once I entered the lobby it was really disgusting a restaurant lobby shouldnt look dirty it gives off a bad look. But once I walked up to the counter 3 people literally looked at me and continued not to acknowledge me whatsoever , so Im like ok are they gonna even say one moment or something? I didnt even get a greeting. As I waited 10mins for someone to acknowledge me I decided to walk to the gas station so 20mins later I returned and I walked back to the front counter as the lady started to take my order she acted as if she didnt wanna be bothered at all. So I was kinda a little confused as to why she was acting like that but once my order was completed it took 20mins just for two spicy chicken sandwiches and med fries which my fries taste so old. I was to the point where I aint even wanna return my food to get a refund because I had no energy to bring the issue up anyways.... far as some of the other employees one guy had a full blown conversation with an female friend while drive thru was long and one person on the food table trying to make food and hes talking having a good time. This restaurant needs a whole 360 or business gonna drive straight down the whole smh!! Who ever the General manager at this location needs to do clean house and stop hiring sloppy, lazy workers.

This was some of the WORST customer service Ive ever experienced. I waited at the drivethru speaker for 15 minutes without a response then drove around to the window after another 20 minutes because I was trapped in line only to hear the server at the window say " oh if you didnt place your order at the speaker then I cant help you" which outraged me...! The nerve! If you arent there to make money and render service then why is this place still open? I would never ever foot this place again and I beg you not to as well...for the sake of your time and sanity. Less than one star...negative 30 stars

The workers were friendly... all I ordered was fries.. they said it would take a few minutes since they were cooking them, well when I got them it was like I was drowning in grease. Yes, I am aware that fries have grease lol... but it was so overwhelming I did not eat them. They should have rung the oil out a little better before serving them in the carton thing, i would have waited a little longer if they got some of the oil out. Anyways this was my first Checkers experience, and I probably will not be back unless it is the only option to eat:/

On 01/23/2012 my boyfriend and I visited this location for food before we got on the interstate to travel and the food was cold and the customer service was horrible. I told my boyfriend to return the food and get our money back and he said the young lady claimed she returned the money to my card and she did not. I will never visit this location again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I love this Checkers! The food is prepared well & theyve always got great specials. Ive been to this particular one tons of times as I live around here-- and can gladly say the awesome staff has always been quick and helpful. What a great team they have at this location.

Every time I go to this one, the drive through is a guaranteed 30 minute wait. I dont understand and you cant leave the drive through once youre in so youre stuck for half an hour whether you want to or not. Dont drive through here low on gas......

I will never eat there again. Ive given this place a chance about 4 times every time my stomach is just not straight. They seem to put mayo on everything even if you them not too. The banana milk shake is fire though.

Horrible i get off work late as it is and not cooking Dinner at 2am just to go to checkers for a cold as burger then on top of that the lady had an attitude...never again will i waste my money there

This place has fantastic deals. Occasionally they have shrimp or chicken baskets for only 2.99. they have great burgers. This place is usually extremely clean. Fast service and friendly employees.
