Food is always good, but the cashier is horribly rude and unprofessional. If a customer forgets to tell you the desired fixings for a burger, do NOT rudely demand they tell you. Politely ask them at the end of their ordering. Also, glaring at your customers while they are seated does not encourage them to come back, regardless how good the food tastes.

Super fast and friendly staff, and very clean restaurant overall. The burgers are delicious, but the regular size burger is huge. In a contest with any size appetite, the regular burger would win. Believe me. You only THINK youre that hungry. So, get the little burger, and SHARE a LARGE order of all natural fries with a friend. Perfecto!

Very friendly manager! The food is relatively quick considering they start cooking the patties after you order. The burgers are huge. I have never experienced any problem at this Five Guys. There is another Five Guys that is closer to me, but I bypass it to go to this one.

Staff is always nice, clean facility, but the 5 guys franchise is just another version of steak and shake or Freddys. You can make a cheaper better burger at home with little effort. Want to but a burger, than Grill down town is another story.

We were in Athen, Gas Five Guys on Oct 21st, and there were only 3 fantastic employees working. It got busier and busier but they managed everyone. Their attitudes and enthusiasm for the job were GREAT! ! Thank you, ALL 3 !!

The burgers are getting smaller, while the price is high as ever. The fries are burnt and dried out, with barely any Cajun added. The sweet tea is good and the burgers are still real tasty.
