This is the second time Ive given them a try and both times were terrible, the manager that took my order both times does not welcome or even smile at incoming customers, their wait times are ridiculous, the normal seasoned fries taste like they have sugar on them, the parmesan wings and lemon garlic are dry and inedible, the hot is overbearing but the mild has no heat. I have given them two tries and Im done, nothing here worth every coming back for, especially when Marco s next door and Dominos down the street have better and faster wings with much better customer service.

Food was cold. Why are there no heat lamps for call ahead/online orders? The seasoned fries werent seasoned and they were kind of soggy. I couldnt tell the difference between the mild and original hot wings. Both tasted the same and both pretty flavorless. Wish there was a Buffalo wild wings nearby

This is the best WingStop in Colorado Springs! Danielle is one of the best WingStop employees Ive dealt with. The other people at this store are great as well. They have never messed up an order for me and they always prepare my food to perfection.

They never get my order right. Horrible. They over sauce most wings, and then if you ask for light sauce they over cook your wings....place needs fixed. We are going to Stetson Hills from now on. Great location horrible customer service.

First and foremost, we are excited to have a Wing Stop so close to our house. We have ordered from this location three times and each time the wings have been amazing (hot, crispy and tasty). We will be back!

Terrible compared to the stetson hills location. Employees are rude and unsocial. Chicken strips were dry as hell and the fries tastes soggy and like sugar?!
