I use to love this place,been years since I been so i decided to stop by today. Very bad move on my behalf, after being rushed into my order I wait patently for my name to be called, after a while my name is called. As I walk up to approach my order I hear the employees making fun of my name. I make nothing big of it Im a grown up I been teased before but it was funny how they were witty enough to make fun of my name but not witty enough to make my food correctly after getting my food I sit down with my friend and we start to eat a worker decided its the perfect time to sweep within one foot of where I was sitting talk about an awkward moment very disappointing

First time at Panera Bread and it will be my last. Grandaughter and myself stopped in to get a sandwich & drink . We both got half sandwiches which cost $6..59 each, and our drinks were $2.99 each. Total with tax was$ 19.99 to take out. Soon as we were in the car, we decided to check out our food. My sandwich was half of a half size, 3 tiny pieces of turkey, my Granddaughters sandwich was worse, 2 tiny pieces of steak, sauce & a tint tomato half. OF COURSE I GOT MY MONEY BACK. PANERA BREAD YALL GOTTA DO BETTER THAN THAT.

I always enjoy the food at Panera Bread. This time I had the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad and the Creamy Wild Rice Soup. I visit this location whenever I shop at the Willow Grove Park Mall across the street. I want to applaud the young man that took my order, because he has the patience of Job. The customers before me were extremely rude and had complaints about the menu, but he handled himself very professionally and was able to solve their issue.

Panera is always busy but I dont really get it. The food is nothing special. I guess people think they are eating healthy. On more than one occasion I have ordered a grilled cheese and I always get two pieces of bread with an un-melted slice of cheese in between. Lame. I shouldnt have to ask them to melt the cheese.

Came in around 8:30pm with a friend and we ordered . The people who were behind the counter were goofing around. My friend who got his sandwich said no ogions and they still give it to him. The staff wouldnt stop being loud worst experience I had dont go after 7 pm thats when the staff gets bad!

I went in on a Saturday night....the young lady responsible for grilling my sandwich used one of her long Green painted fingernails as a spatula to lift my panini up off the grill when it was done . I should have said something because I got sick the next day. I wont be eating here again.

The food is Delicious and they have a good variety of healthy choices for lunch but the portions are too small and they are very expensive especially their bowl of chicken noodle soup they gave me just noodles and little pieces.of shredded chicken not even a whole piece for $4.00

Customer service is ok but a lot of the staff (the ladies) have attitudes I guess because theyre not fully awake or other guests are rude or even because they are not quote on quote best friends LOL but that does not make it right to treat the rest of the guests like s***

The young lady I believe named Leann was so nice to me just the other day and cleaned the area which I wanted to sit at, also took my plates and gave me extra napkins once she realized I had ran out. Great service, Great food. Love it!

Dont try to make the customer feel like the did something wrong, (when you screwed up the order.) service was horrible. had to wait over 20 minutes for a rapid pick up order. if the order was not already paid for I would have left.

I dont know what happened to this location or if its all Paneras now, but everything is terrible. Food tastes disgusting. The inside is really dirty and rundown. I wish I had better local options, but this is definitely out now.

This place is always too cold, regardless of time of year. My wife always takes a sweater, even in summer. Good food, but prices are getting out of control. Full loaves of bread are still a deal though.
