I dont know why I come back here. The food is too expensive for the quality and portion size. For quality, there really is not any improvement here than what you get at Subway. For the little one, I ordered a grilled cheese. The sliced bread was stale, and the cheese coagulated to itself and not to the bread. The result was that the little one would not touch the sandwich. For portion size and the "small", "medium", and "large", I think the large would correlate to the footlong at Subway. The medium is not enough food for a typical adult male. On the day of my visit, one of the staff had his own meal sitting on a table by the door. He would occasionally visit over to the table and take a bite of his meal, and then return to behind the counter and continue to work. This was highly unusual behavior for customer service staff. Lesson learned.

Came here for a late night meal on my way home from downtown. Ordered my sub then joined my friends at the table. Two of them got their subs while me and another friend continued to wait. After the two friends finished their subs, I decided to investigate why the two remaining subs were not delivered to the table. Come to find out they were given to another table that took them and left. Because the crew felt this was the peoples fault for not saying that the subs were not theirs, they only offered to make the subs we paid for. Nothing else to remedy the situation. Staff was truly unhelpful. I will most likely take my business to another late night eating place located in the vicinity over this establishment in the future.

Not so professional. I love firehouse more than any other chain sub spot but wont be back to this one. On one occasion I had my sandwich assembled incorrectly twice (the second time the line staff laughed at their mistakes; "haha maybe third times the charm"...but Im not laughing). On a second occasion an officer who ordered after me got his food first and mine came out at room temperature and the order was wrong (I appreciate law enforcement but Im on a schedule too). Good subs, but this location in is mismanaged.

Doesnt deserve 1 star. I order 2 sandwiches a brisket & a club sandwich the brisket was the worst sandwhich I ive ever had. The beef brisket was old, the bread was hard, the sandwich was dry. So I called to complain to the manager and was told to bring it back after I told her that I live 15 minutes away she said she had to see what I didnt like about it. Worst sandwhich and horrible customer service over the phone. Wouldnt recommend spending your hard earn cash there especially when it goes unappreciated!

Not professional. The lady named Dolly answered the phone and told me its going to be 10 minutes until they can place my take out order. I could hear people talking and laughing in the background while I waited over 10 minutes. No one came back to take my order. I was hung up on twice before I could finally get through. I come here several times a week and this is very unprofessional. Customer service skills should be better than this.

Great customer service and the food is excellent. If you have to wait on the phone a little bit to place your order, thats because the food is great and theyre busy making sandwiches for lots of people who love it. They always make it easy to place multiple orders for us at the hospital and its a breeze to pick it up and pay for multiple orders. Keep up the good work Firehouse.

UPDATE:::: 6/5/17 The last 3 or 4 times I have been back. Customer Service was excellent. Timing was perfect and my sandwich was amazing. Continue to do great and up the hard work.Thanks for the improvement............................................. Great Food and always busy but customer service needs improving. Id much rather go to the one on Eastside any day.

never listens to special requests! all i ever want is for my pickle to not be packaged with my sandwich so it doesnt get soggy. i either get no pickle, extra pickles, or my pickles still wrapped with the sandwich. all in all, delicious sandwiches nonetheless.

Awesome place . Food is on point customer service is good . This particular store could use some cleaning but for only two people working and orders going left and right I couldnt complain . I gotta say subway has nothing on the fire house .

We had a great experience even though our order was initially not correct. They prepared a small sub instead of a large. They fixed the order nicely. This was our 2nd visit since they opened years ago. We would definitely be back.

The sub choices are many and you actually get a pile of meat ( reminds me of the local delis in the Bronx) ,where as other establishments pile on the veggies and skimp on meat.

Come here for the best subs in town! Note: if you ask for double meat in a sub theyll actually give you double meat... Its not cheap, but the quality is OUTSTANDING.
