Pros: I want to be generous and give 5 stars but I like to be fully honest about the review. Interior; the place is flawless clean. Clean furniture, spotless bathroom, great coffee (macchiato was pretty good) On point customer service, seating assigned whether in groups, or by yourself, they get you somewhere youre comfortable. Its best to call in ahead as you may need to make an appointment. Music mood is just about right. Not too loud, not too quite. Pretty lively and active place. Has parking lot (free) Busiest at Saturdays and or usually passed 11pm. Cons: No hats policy though not a big deal. I can relate the dress code and preventing criminal activity. Personal portable vape device users not friendly. Should you feel you would like to come in and kick back and relax, think again. Even if you feel ordering something, location doesnt allow you to dodge the $20 surcharge. If youre not ordering a hookah there is a 20$ surcharge. My suggestion, bring a friend and or friends to buy a hookah for the friend or friends.

I have been coming to kush for many years probably since they opened. I have always had a great time and the environment and hookah have been amazing. The staff is very hospitable and friendly regardless of how busy they are. Mary the main Hostess has always gone out of her way to make me and my guests feel like we are at home. The two staff members constantly check if we need anything, if the hookah needs new coals and help you if your hookah is hitting good. Overall a great experience, the owner is present on the weekends and makes sure the place in the prestine condition.

I am a regular customer for 3 years and over. 3 weeks ago I invited my friend to that place for Hooka, after one Hour, the girl came to us and said" sorry guys, your reservation will end in 15 minutes"!!!. I said what most people were before us about an hour and even more. We spent over $40 for about 1 hour only. I recommend not to go there other wise you will be kick out and losing your money by the waitress. I think the owner he has no idea whats going on there!!!!

Best hookah experience I have ever had. Immeidately after entering I was politely greeted by a nice young girl. As soon as I was seated I was explained everything thoroughly. Being from out of town I didnt know what to expect. From the owner tim to this employees I was treated with the utmost respect. I would definitely recommend Kush Hookah Lounge to anyone who has an hesitation. It was truly a satisfying experience . Thank you Kush staff

Hookah is not that great. Service is terrible. Looks like the waitress was more interested in sitting at a table and smoking rather than serving customers. It took forever to change the coal. The waiter who delivered the hookah was just throwing the mouth piece around.The seats we were shown to was torn. They charge a non smokers fee, really disappointed, obviously will never go back. God knows how they have a 4.2 rating..

This is by far one of the BEST Hookah Lounges in the Chicago Area. The owner Tim understands and knows how to keep his establishment successful. The hookahs are top-notch KM hookahs from Egypt. The staff is amazing and has no problems answering questions. Its normally packed on the weekends so make a reservation. The atmosphere is elegant and inviting. Its worth every dollar spent.

Its not great. They made me take off my hat which was weird but sure whatever. Other than that the cliché techno amend low lighting is pretty standard. So if youre looking for a Hookah Bar and thinking to yourself, "Man I could really go for a really mediocre experience that wont leave an impression," you should definitely check this place out!

I liked the environment it was laid back and clean. The service was good. They made sure we had a good time. Anytime we needed service they were there to assist . I love music the play. The place is spacious. I love this place. The Blue Mist was the best flavor I tried. The staff rocks as well. Definitely will be back to hang out and relax.

This place is nice and comfortable but the hookahs have a bad aftertaste because of the charcoals they use, or maybe they dont wash the hoses i dont know what might be the reason but if you are a hookah enthusiast and searching for good flawors you will get disappointed. Otherwise its a good place to spend time with your friends.

I absolutely love Kush Hookah lounge. The atmosphere is completely relaxing for a night by yourself or with a group of friends. You can study, or have fun! Id recommend to study during the weekdays. Weekends may be a distraction. The flavors are amazing. Their service is the best! Way better than most places I go!

Great hookah. I love the atmosphere. Very chill, and very relaxing. The best place to just sit down and chill with friends. Hate that they went cash only, but nice that they have a ATM at back with a $.03 fee. Still, kind of inconvenient. Although, it is a great place to go for hookah. I highly recommend.

For 4 people its about 40 bucks for a few hours the whole place amazing! Absolutely nothing bad to say the waitress was great they were on top of checking making sure everything was great! Highly! Highly! Reccommend this place!.... Like go there! nowwwwwwww! :)

I would not even come back. We order one hookah - one orange juice - two water and our bill came out to 80 dollars. Im still tripping about my bill!!! LoL P.S to the owner - pleaae turn on the lights. People dont wanna fall sleep.

Great spot to kick back with friends and smoke a little hookah. Extremely friendly staff and plenty of cozy couches for small or large parties. They have a good selection of flavors, drinks (non-alcoholic), and cards. BYO as well.

i was very disappointed with the waitress today, she was just rude to me after i told her that the hookah was not working right and the music was too loud .will never go back there or recommend anyone i know to go there .

One of the best hookah places. I love that the employees know what they are doing. The coals are prepared correctly and the flavors arent over the top or too light. I try to come here whenever hookah is in the question.
