Forgot to review the burger I had a few weeks ago! Put simply, it was quite bland. Plain. Boring. I did have a bit of an experience that I feel affected the way my food was prepared, as I had an anxiety attack while they werent busy, triggered by something between my fiance and I that also had to do with how much we were paying. We went in for just a burger and fries for my fiance, myself, and our room mate and the total came up to around $34. For three burgers and one set of fries. Outrageous! Id expect the burgers to be freshly made and assembled in the store and not taste frozen as mine was, for that price! Anywho once I heard the price, while we were ordering, I decided to change my order to just having a burger, and had a miscommunication issue with my fiance who had been placing the order (which began to trigger my anxiety worse), and thus had to change our order to just getting one burger instead. The cashier seemed extremely annoyed that I didnt want to pay more and even more annoyed that I had an issue at all. Their attitude certainly didnt help calm me down (no smiles, no welcomes, no helpful information, just frowns and "kay") and sent me further into a panic attack to the point of having to step outside, and my roommate losing their appetite. In the end we only got one burger but paid around $12 for one burger that consisted of a frozen-tasting patty, no seasonings, and a piece of lettuce between two dry buns. Not worth it what so ever.

Came in with a friend to grab a quick bite to eat while in the middle of a lunch break for a live auction so naturally you could imagination that we were a bit rushed. It looked like that, whoever the guy that was back there at the moment, was a bit rushed from making orders due to a coworker being out on break. If anything, he proved the quality of the business by taking our order while pushing out five other orders at the same time! And the food itself that came out? Absolutely amazing and quick enough that me and my friend had enough time to eat at the restaurant for a majority of the time and grab a couple of boxes to finish later. If you are looking for quick service with a smile, you should definitely come here. And if you see a tall man with a paperboy cap and a bit of an accent, you know your in good hands!

I love Elliot Bay Pizza, so it pains me to write this review. I recently called in and spoke to a complete moron. When trying to give my details for my card number, I repeated the same sequence of 4 digits three times before giving up (she couldnt remember them all) and slowly stating each individual number. When giving my card expiration date, I said a month mid-year, and the poor soul thought that translated to "01." And dont even get me started on the year 2020. Somehow she insisted I was saying 18. FOUR TIMES I repeated 20. And still she tried to confirm a year of 18. I asked to speak to a supervisor - anyone else - but she claimed she was the only person in the store. Awful customer experience! And I didnt even get my pizza ordered because of this idiot.

Called the phone number on their website and asked how long a delivery would take to an address close to the store. I was feeling lazy so I didnt want to walk to Zeeks for pickup (plus EBP is a bit cheaper). When I asked the guy on the phone how long a delivery would take he said all depends and asked for my phone number and address. I gave it to him and then he asked for my order. I said "im not ordering yet. I want to know how long you think a delivery would take right now," He responded with a snarky tone saying takes 20 mins to cook the pizza and 30-45 mins to deliver. Said no thanks and called Zeeks right after.

We ordered from Elliott Bay Pizza Co this evening and the service was great. The guy we talked to on the phone was nice and funny. The delivery guy was nice and on time. We ordered a pizza, onion rings and pesto cheese bread. The onion rings and bread were amazing and we will definitely be ordering them again. The pizza was okay, it was hot and fresh. Definitely will be going back again to try some other items on the menu.

Food was average and overpriced. Burger wasnt all that flavorful and was somewhat cold, and I got a small handful of cold onion rings. Not really worth it for $10. Left still hungry. Also, whats with every place in Seattle expecting tips for counter service? Pretty annoying that they try to get you to tip them for pretty much cashiering and handing you your food.

I cant speak to the pizza, because I only come here for the subs. Great subs, I got addicted to them over a decade ago when I was attending Seattle Pacific University, just down the hill, and even though I now live in Everett, I keep coming back. Yes, their sandwiches are more expensive than Subway or Quiznos, but thats because they are a lot better, and local.

Ive never had their pizzas, so I have no info to offer in that regard. However, Elliott Bay Pizza Co. prepares some of the best BURGERS on this earth . . . ever!!! The burgers are big and juicy and quite tasty! Also, the salads such as the Caesar, are great!

Good food but I got a really weird vibe from the servers there. Not very friendly whatsoever - and didnt smile. I enjoyed my sub but no more than quiznos and double the price

Ordered 2 pizzas from them tonight. The pizzas were very undercooked and 1 bite of the thick slab of cheese was all I could stand... ate some of the crust and threw it away.

Nothing was bad, but not worth the price. The burgers were average at best and the fries and onion rings tasted like the freezer section kind at Wal-Mart.

Pizza was good but service was terrible! Very unprofessional staff. The guy at the register was very rude and i will definitely not go back because of him.

This place has some of the best hot sandwiches in Seattle. I also love the hole in the wall vibe that no other place in Queen Anne has.

The pizza has been consistently good though a bit on the expensive side. Go for it if you have the bucks and want a serious pizza fix.
