Normally, we have a great experience at this location. Today, we had a waitress who spent the entire time leaning on a counter texting on her phone, directly over my shoulder. She took our order, was slow in calling it in, delivered our food and gave us our check. Didnt check on us once, even though my husband shook his empty glass several times. We will go back to this Waffle House, but will stay away from her section.

The food was good. The cook did a great job. The server was nice, but didnt do anything other than the minimum. We were the only customers, and it seemed that our presence got in the way of her and her friend that was sitting at the counter. Had to wait for her and her friend to halt their conversation so I could pay. And then she complained, in front of me, when she was tipped sub par for sub par service.

Our server was terrible. The food was good except for my sons waffle, which had to be cooked twice. The first time it was raw the second time our waitress Heather burnt it and handed it to us and said "is that good now" with an attitude. I grew up on waffle House and this one could be good if they hired people who actually cared.

Takes forever to get someone to wait on you and then ask them to cook hasbrowns light there burnt ask for a waffle light also burnt it didnt use to be this way but everyone is talking about there personal life I suggest whoever owns this one better come change a lot of things or it will be out of business shortly.

The sevice sucks, the food selection is good, but the manager who is supposed to be a cook cant. Plus, she seems to enjoy belittling the employees in front of customers. Let me know when they have a better manager/cook, and i might consider going back there. In the meantime i will go to the other waffle houses.

Waitress (Anne from Phoenix) was more interested in playing on her phone, drinks were empty, 53 min just to get our order called in and they were NOT busy, 1 person calling all orders in 1 at a time instead of multi tasking. Well see how the food looks when it gets here.

It was slow if the person I was waiting for had not come up when he did, I would have had to ask for a refill on my coffee. Then he ordered an they brought his food with no silver wear,had to ask for it twice to get it. No tip for her, little chance is all

Awesome staff... Sierra has a beautiful smile and pleasant attitude! Bri and Heather are both amazing cooks! Kenny the manager is the best in the area!!! Definitely best place to eat, we travel past 2 other Waffle Houses to visit this one!
