I dont know why I keep trying to eat here! Over the past year or two this place has really gone downhill. PLEASE dont let your kids eat here as they serve cold, bloody(Im not squeamish about blood) meat and when you are as nice as possible but still ask them to cook it, they give you attitude! And I am not just talking about one cook. The managers need to be replaced by competent individuals who actually WANT the job. In this economy, I am surprised at their service/behavior. I am usually a big fan of Panera but this particular location has served me RARE SANDWICH MEAT more than a few times and I just cant put myself through eating there anymore. I tried for 2 years. I GIVE UP! Liked: Other Paneras! Disliked: Food, value, service, cold, bloody sandwiches.

Been to this location multiple times and never had as bad of an experience as I did last time. I did the pick 2 with a BBQ chicken salad and soup. Everything was good till I started eating the chicken and found that the chicken was still frozen. When I took it back to the counter and asked for it to be remade the workers looked pissed at me this was including the manager that was standing there. Then when I went to pick it up the new one the girl that made it rolled her eyes at me. Not as professional of people that should be working there. I would understand them messing up a little when it is the lunch rush but this was at 3pm and there were 4 tables of people in the entire place. Panera should reconsider who they are hiring to work in their establishments.

Building was dirty on the outside and in need of a good power washing. Walked in to an understaffed location that was only 20% occupied by patrons yet, 100% of the tables hadnt been cleaned and had crums, wrappers, plates still on them. Was unable to get any side besides bread because they were about to renovate so they didnt bother stocking other options. Salad didnt have real cheese on it (just parmesan from the can) , and they didnt mix the dressing on it. Was given plastic silverware even though I was dining in. Was so disappointed by the subpar taste and presentation that I took two bites and threw it away. Very disappointed by a place that I always felt was consistent.

This location continues to disappoint when it comes to fulfilling online orders even when they are not particularly busy. On multiple occasions I have had to wait nearly 30 minutes to get my order because they forgot to make it (one order that was only a bagel and a soda). It is frustrating because the rapid pickup is great, but only if you can actually pickup your order in 5-10 minutes. I would understand if they were busy at the moment, but that was not the case. Although the employees are nice and the food is good I am not planning to visit this location again anytime soon.

I got a sandwich with steak. The steak was only brown on the edges while the middle is red and pink, Id say around a medium rare (the menu doesnt say how its cooked), so I talk to one of the employees and they said "Thats how it comes to us, we cant do anything about it." I decided to try it anyway and it wasnt good. No flavor and hard to swallow. Dont get anything with steak in it or youll have a bad stomach ache, but everything else is good

This is a very nice PB location and Ill be back again. The latte was delicious (something not possible at my hometown PB). Very spacious and a nice layout. My order was not correct and came out at different times but it was delicious. My coffee was forgotten but a manager brought it out and apologized. Maybe a new employee took my order? Whatever the reason, customer service was over the top to make up for it.

This has been the most pleasant experience Ive had in awhile at Panera Bread. I ordered online for a pick up order and it was quite a large order so I was naturally concerned if something would be wrong or missing. The girl that assisted us and prepared our order was awesome! She nailed it and was VERY courteous. And everything was super delicious! Why must their cookies be SO GOOD ughhhh! Anyways

I didnt give it five stars because this Panera feels very dark versus most I have been to. Very few windows, very clostrophobic despite the large interior. Food is generally well executed at this location, but I often find the coffee is not refilled and the creamers empty. Baked goods are often gone or under stocked. I feel this is a poorly managed location. I go here only when necessary.

Roast beef sandwich was tasteless and expensive - very little beef, skimpy sliver of lettuce, shred of onion. For the price could have had two sandwiches that are really good from Subway! Thought the 99cent special from the bakery would have made it okay but the pecan-topped pastry was dry - like something from the day-old bakery. REALLY, Panera? How dare you sell dried out pastry!

The food here tastes decent, but the meals are misleading. Panera hoards bacon like its oxygen on the moon. When someone orders a "bacon, egg and cheese" sandwich, they expect bacon to be a significant part of that sandwich. Unfortunately, all they will receive is one piece of paper thin bacon. I added a star for them allowing me to choose the bread of my sandwich.

I love love love this place! The employees were exceptional. There was a power outage due to a storm while I was there and the manager was the nicest he could have been. They did everything to try and make their customers comfortable and constantly apologized even though it wasnt their fault. Truly love the employees so much respect. Food is great too :)

My soup was delicious - my grilled cheese was ONE slice of cheese on grocery store white bread. But for $10 - Id expect a little bit more effort. The portion sizes are ridiculous. If youre going to charge that much for a half sandwich and cup of soup, at least put more than one slice of cheese on the sandwich.

Service was rather speedy considering how busy it was at lunch. Food was good but seemed far more bland than what I remember from my last visit. Also prices have gone up. $24 and change for two soups and sandwiches with 2 pastries. Overall good but wont be a regular every day (or even once a week) stop.

Im not a big fan of panera, I went for lunch with my husband and some friends. The line was long and had to wait a while. They food was incredible small portions for the price I paid. My salad did not have nearly enough dressing and I got a creamy tomato soup that was just blane and tasted like flour.

My favorite spot for lunch. Great soups. Great salads. Great cookies. A little pricey though as lunch can run upwards of $13 for soup, salad, drink, and cookie depending on which items you pick. The online order and pickup is the most convenient pickup imaginable. Super easy and super fast.

I am an employee at the Panera Bread on Atlanta Hwy. I absolutely HATE working there! All of the employees are two faced and unfriendly. Noone wants to help me learn anything so my managers get mad when i dont know what the hell im doing. DEFINITELY not working there much longer!!
