Like a Red Lobster without the ambiance and Variety! Waited 45 minutes as people came and went! Was never told we could eat outside! Wanted a table and was never told there were half table half benches so they waited for a real table!!!!!!!!!!! Crowded, tables to close and loud! A menu on a piece of cardboard, should have known! Vegetable of the day was succotash, Really, and the lima beans were small and crunchy, and not on the menu. 10 minutes after we ordered, we were told there was no Trout. I wanted a plain salad with Ranch on the side, another waiter came and gave me a salad wit balsamic vinegar! He took it away and then brought it back with a cup of ranch, same salad, I said no! They took it away and later came back with the salad I ordered! No baked potatoes offered, mashed potatoes came from a box and nuked! When my dinner item came via another waitress, she didnt bother taking the salad plate that left no room on the small table! My dinner was four Shrimp and four scallops! Mashed potatoes sucked, the succotash sucked even for succotash, tea was watered down! SO, Lack of communication from the Hostess, Crowded and Loud and poorly coordinated wait staff! Wont be back. Overpriced!

As one of our favorite places to grab dinner or lunch, weve been giving this place a few more chances than we would any other establishment. Clearly, Bonefish is headed in a terrible direction. The service has been consistently terrible the last few times we have been there. We even tried the bar this last time and it was equally as bad as the seating room. Somehow, that doesnt make any sense! One would think that a bartender at such a great place would have a great personality to match, however, this was not the case. The last time? Waited forever for drinks, after requesting additional bread, we were nearly done with our meal before it was served, and the portions... laughable. Progressively getting smaller. We saw value in simply getting the mussels and calamari and a few beers before, and now we likely wont go back. Between the terrible service, the ever decreasing portion sizes, and lack of attention when there is almost no one else in the restaurant, this Bonefish (and hopefully ONLY this Bonefish) is a disappointment. Go ahead and try it for yourselves, but dont get your hopes up. You will likely pay way too much money for a sub-par experience.

Just got back from the Bonefish Grill at the Dayton Mall. We were part of an "Excursion" where we got a sampling of their cocktails, appetizers (Bang Bang Shrimp, Mussels Josephine, Calimari), entrees (Salmon, Trout, Pumpkin Ravioli - seasonal, Ribeye), and desserts (Macadamia Nut Brownie, Coconut Pie, Key Lime Pie) and I might have left out some things. Everything was delicious (even the bread made in-house). We even found out they can make many things gluten-free or make substitutions if people have allergies. Overall, a wonderful experience and this is a restaurant Im going to have to put back on my list of places that just do it right and take pride in their food and service. Its not the cheapest place to eat out, but for what you are getting - quality and flavors - its a bargain. Give it a try.

They assured me that their Fish was fresh and "never frozen" and so far they have been right. You can taste the difference. Every time I have come here to satisfy my fish pallet, they never fail. Very nice atmosphere. Professional wait staff. A bit pricier but still very affordable considering that they are offering something that most places do not, quality and freshness. Enjoy any of their fish offerings like the chilean sea bass or the tilapia, or enjoy the best fish tacos in Dayton. They also offer gourmet burgers, steaks, shrimp and other entrees as well. Their homeade chips are amazing. Ohh, they use a wood fire grill as well. So far, they have yet to let me down. So to the Bonefish Grill, I give a great rating.

First of all... We walked in and the hostesses gave us dirty looks... Secondly there was plenty of space for our family of seven plus a newborn.... Thirdly... they said we need to get a table ready for you and never came back (at least 20 mins) Bottom line we walked out and wont be returning to a place that looked at us like we have diseases!!! I mean how rude to judge a family on their appearances! We make more money a month than any one in that establishment... so just because we dont dress like millionaires doesnt mean we arent!!!

The food is delicious and filling. The wait staff was friendly and all smiles. My only complaint was that you werent allowed to smoke on the patio, so we smoked on the side of the entrance. When we came back our tables had been cleared and moved for a party of 9. Also they tossed out our food. They replaced our food and moved us to a new table. Also they didnt have a very big craft beer selection. They definitely were apologetic hopefully our service will be better next time we come.

My fiance and I go to Bonefish at the Dayton Mall location every year for our anniversary. Im afraid this will be our last visit. They changed the calamari - one of our favorite menu items. It was rubbery, bland and dissatisfying. They also now add banana peppers instead of green and red bell peppers. We also paid $3.50 extra for asparagus which was flavorless and disappointing. This place is headed in the wrong direction. Very big let down.

I loved Bone Fish Grill in Columbus and decided to bring some friends to try it in Miamisburg. Their dinning room was almost empty but they still seemed to have difficulty finding a table for 6. After waiting for them to try and find an affordable table for us while being glared at, we ended up leaving. I am so disappointed that my friends were not able to have the same great experience that I had in Columbus.

Testy bar tender. Not obliging. Confrontational. My drink ok wifes drink crappy. Felt like we were not a priority. . Ordered bread. No bread... Food came superfast. Before we had drinks. Bang Bang shrimp was good. Overall not fun. Will reconside going again. We have been going there for a long time. Really do not appreciate how we were treated. What has happened to dining? Isnt it supposed to be fun?

Awesomeness! Ate there with my daughter and her boyfriend. The service rocked! Exactly what I expected. My daughter and I ordered the wrong flavor martinis. The server brought us what we meant to order. DELICIOUS! Obviously a big tip for her. And the food was great as usual. I have yet to have a bad meal at Bonefish. Amazing chefs. The crab corn chowder is my all time favorite.

Delicious! Affordable! Great Quality! The food, service and quality were amazing and truly above par. The Bonefish Grill is truly a hub of decadent seafood dishes and encourages patrons to try new foods. As someone who isnt a huge fan of seafood, the Bonefish Grill offers great quality meals and helps me comprehend the depth that comes with seafood dishes.

Menu was easy to chose.. very satisfying meal n the price for grilled fish s reasonable. Got lots of choice for fish eaters like me. Ambience was gud but the lighting s little dull. The Herbs used in the starters n the bread sauce was really fresh n flavorful. Overall v enjoyed our night. Will go thr again for sure ☺
