the customer service is very poor. The lady setting at the cash register her name i guess FAYHAA, she treats customers like slaves ! You have to stand by waiting her permission to ask you WHAT YOU WANT!! imagine how poor is her customer service! Also you cant approach her when she is talking in phone or talking to co-worker! She will tell you step back im busy !!!!! Dont go there if she is at work .. you will be definitely disrespected.

The service was bad, they were more concerned with getting us out if the restaurant than making decent food. I got a simple shawarma sandwich and they never asked what I wanted inside it, they put pretty much everything I didnt like into it. While eating, grease literally poured out of the sandwich like a faucet. It made everything soggy and I ended up throwing it away a third of the way through. Would not come again

Food tastes unique. Meaning its excellent. But service can be very off as the cashier (to whom you order) seems to be an introvert and makes every conversation very awkward. They dont serve water in a glass. Eitherways the beef shwarma is amazing. Love the bread and live the fact they have so many different drink choices. But would like to rate it 3.5 for overall experience.

Wow, this was a great find! I was going to another restaurant Id eaten at before, but saw this on the way and decided to give it a shot. I cant believe how good everything was! Best falafel my husband has ever had. In general, the best food Ive had in a while. Friendly and helpful staff, very clean, nice atmosphere, great service. I cant wait for my next visit.

This place now sucks used to be a place with good food but the service was always horrible going there makes me feel like Im in the flinstones time zero customer service the wait is ridiculously long for no reason I just ordered 12 sandwiches they were made so poorly and cold I just wasted $64 on a stomachache. Just a heads up.

I have tried both the vegetarian falafels here with both kinds of bread. I would honestly recommend either falafel in a heartbeat but do yourself a favor and get the Iranian bread one. The bread is amazingly soft and the fillings are fresh and delicious. This place is one of Richardsons best kept secrets.

The shawarma is pretty good but the service is very bad. We order meals and by mistake they switch the orders. At the end they refuse to charge me on the order i made and they force us to pay for different meal which cost 5 more dollars.

The food here is outstanding! I had the beef shwarma with apt cucumber yogurt and eggplant salad and it was all perfect. The baklava was delicious as well! This is a must try! Stop by the bakery next door and grab some fresh bread too!

The food is not very authentic. Its okay but definitely not the best shawarma. Service is extremely slow. You may not be given attention even after you have been seated on the table unless you ask for service.
