My husband brought me home the "Prime Rib Salad". At least 1/3 of the spring greens were spoiled, tomatoes days old and cucumber bruised and old as well. I tried to salvage as much as I could since my husband spent eleven dollars on it. The meat doesnt taste like prime rib at all. In fact, I happen to be gluten intollerant and the meat was obviously marinated in soy sauce which ended up hurting me later. Not to mention all of the msg that was also in the meat that Im sensitive to. My husband and son said they were not happy with the service and the food was mediocre. This is my first review on a restaurant. Had to be bad enough for me to take the time to write it. This establishment has lost 3 customers.

Well we had got seated pretty quickly which is super nice and we got our food pretty quick as well the order was right, and the food tasted great, but the waitress was very pushy We had probably been there for about 10 mins and after we got our food she gave us boxes and reciept directly after getting the food. I didnt feel compelled to stay. The staff up front by the door was nice and awesome as always but some of the waitresses just seem to give off the vibe that they dont care about the customer.

Has happened multiple times I will order my food online, go to pick it up and its not ready at all. Was told by management to order online and then call to make sure food was received. I have done that and my food is still not been ready and when I complain all Im told is sorry. No attempt to fix it. The only reason theyre getting more than one star its because their food is actually pretty good. Their service is horrible though.

The people that answer the phones are just horendous. Everytime I call to order they mess something up. Apparently repeating my order 3 times to them still doesnt help. They dont repeat your order back to you unless you ask. They sound like they hate their lives when they talk to you. I guess Ill make the even further trip to the other restaurant from now on because taking correct orders is too hard for you people.

Never be seated with server jess. This waitress was all about finishing her conversation with her co-workers than actually doing her job. Her orders werent wrong but the fact that we had to ask for out order, beers, one beer order from a manager and the fact that she had no personality was just shameful for any bdubs. The place was great staff was horrible. This person utterly ruined it for me on my future visits.

1) They have a HUGE sign before you even walk in telling ya they hate guns there. 2) The had to repeat my order to the waitress three times before she got it. 3) My chili came, but, no spoon came with it to eat it with. 4) The ketchup bottle didnt have ketchup in it. 5) There was something extra on my plate, later determines to be a piece of fried pickle.

Ate there and was not happy with what was food ratio, terrible pricing on everything! 3 people was like us eating at Olive Garden, makes no sense? I am going to McDonalds with $15 and feeding 5 of us without leaving a tip for what we still were hungry at bdubs, 3 people $65 bucks, or 5 people for $15 bucks? 5 stars for McDonalds 2 for wings!

Its been hit and miss with this one... Most times they are awesome but I have placed a couple to go orders that were over a half hour late coming out. I would be ok with this if it were on a busy night but the couple times it has happened have been on like a Tuesday with no major sporting event taking place...

Bdubs is have favorite place to eat 95% everything is great, this one time it was horrible we waited almost 1.5 hours for a table. The server was horrible and the food that took forever to come out was cold. This one time I was not impressed. Like I said, 95% of the time this is a winning choice.

Waited over a half hour for our food and refills. Recieved cold and over cooked wings. We were asked if we wanted to speak to a manager, we said no, but asked for our bill. We were treated quite coldly after that. I understand a busy night, but theres no reason to take it out on customers.

The place is clean, but the pricing is ridiculous for the market and what you get. For a snack size (6pc) wing, kids corn dog meal, fried cheese, and two pops the bill came to nearly $40 w/the tip. There are a dozen places within a mile or two that do it just as well but wayyy cheaper.

Mediocre wings at an outrageous price. BW3 seems to think they can just keep on raising their wing prices indefinitely. Theyre up to $9.99 a dozen now, which would be laughable even if they were outstanding - which they are not. Their wings are consistently "just okay."

Went here with some friends and family, great food, great service, and the waitress we had was exceptionally nice and friendly. There is also a large projector and screen where sports games are shown, and there are televisions everywhere. The game tablets were also good.

Great staff, atmosphere and consistently good food. My Top Picks: Ultimate Nachos with Chicken Grilled Blackened Chicken Salad (they even have Fat-free Ranch) Boneless Wings (with any of their excellent sauces or choose a seasonal sauce)

Fantastic wings, only one time I had some bad chicken but and that was replaced. I still like to get some super hot wings even though I can barely eat them without breaking into a sweat. Always delicious and always a fun place to go.

Worst Pick Up experience. Literally waited for 30 mins after the promised pick up time. Careless staff behavior and does not even care to give a reason on why it took so long. when asked, carelessly said go and talk to the manager.

Delicious food, good atmosphere, and friendly service. There was a tea leaf in my Dr Pepper somehow and the wait was a little longer than I had hoped. Also they brought out the wrong order for my wife at first but they fixed it.

We waited 50 minutes to receive a meal that was not correct, due to a computer error. Our food was not hot. To make matters worse, our waitress charged our card to the wrong bill. Very disappointed.
