Stay far away from this location. The food tastes like dog slop. The meat was like grizzly rubber in both the steak and barbacoa. The quality of the meat should be investigated by the USDA. I would not even give this meat to my dogs ! The people working on the food line are incompetent morons. They were talking to each other and ignoring customers. The line was long and the girl at the cash register was also taking phone orders holding up this ridiculously long line . The food is gross and the General Manager was just hanging out outside relaxing on a chair talking to her friends doing absolutely nothing to improve this horrific situation. The food is vile here .There were no forks . I had to wait 15 minutes before one of these idiots put forks out. This Aventura location should be shut down. Every business at this location has failed. This one surely deserves to. I was sick all night with the runs. This is very scary food not suitable for human consumption. I want to know why anyone would step foot in this dump ? Please enlighten me. I would rather go to Taco Bell, Im not kidding ! Chipotle Aventura is substandard crap.

This chipotle has completely done a 360 in the past few years making leaps and strides towards an ideal location. The employees on the line always smile and do their best to give you the correct amount of food and sometimes give you a little more if you ask politely. The management has surely stepped up with quality of food as well. The food is hot when it should be hot and cold when it should be cold. The lobby was stocked with utensils and napkins(drives me nuts when there are none elsewhere!) and the bathroom was clean as well and we all know a pee-free seat is a neat-seat indeed. 5/5 chipotle, take the time to talk to any of the employees and youll always get a wonderful response!

While in the Hollywood area for about a month I have visited this location 4 times. On two of the four visits they have been out of food. One evening it was 9:30 pm, 30 minutes before closing and they were out of lettuce. The other evening it was 9:45 pm and they had no guacamole, chicken or steak to serve. When I suggested I wait while they cook some I was informed they would not, all the while one of the employees laughed repeatedly about their lack of food and couldnt seem to grasp why I wasnt happy about it. I would not recommend this location. They simply are rude, dont comprehend customer service, and cant be relied upon to have food available.

Getting worst and worst- My wife order her Chicken burrito; - The chicken was raw- I order my cheese quesadilla; - Cheese was not melted... I can keep going on and on... But you know whats the saddest part- That no one at the restaurant did anything about. We even wrote to Corporate with ticket number and you know what... Exactly... And they wonder whats going on. I prefer to give my money to a real Pops n Mom Mexican restaurant knowing that what I am getting is what I am been told.

Honestly we are disappointed with this restaurant, the place is dirty, high chair cushion are ripped you can see the foam , the tables are most all the time dirty. The crew is a mess they are talking between each other and dont pay attention to the customer, the food stations are dirty or leftovers food around, the portions are small (we have few years going to this restaurant ). Please make a upgrade of the place and give a good training to all crew.

Ive come to this location a few times to give it a fair rating. But its let me down every time. The last and final time I went the line was back to the door, and the servers were not helping. This is the slowest location Ive been to in Miami so far. There was something in the air that kept making me cough uncontrollably. The place was a complete mess and the portions were sorely lacking. Like I said, the worst Chipotle in Miami.

I am a Chipotle lover!!! I could literally eat it everyday!!! I personally love this location because the meat is always seasoned to perfection!! Who wants a bowl or burrito with no taste! Ive had my share of issues like poorly made bowls that I ordered via mobile app and even an incident yesterday where they did NOT put black beans on either of my bowls!!!

My order name is offdarip son i scooped up my order at 740 pm november 17, 2016. There was a hair in my girls steak bowl. I tried to call more then 5 times to complain and no one answered the phone . what type of customer service is this?? Yall are violating health codes of tge food industry. I love Chipotle and recommend their restaurant to anyone looking for something new. The dishes arent too exquisite, however the tastes of them are in their own realm. Chipotle offers something that no other Mexican grill can. Little to no wait time, its a great place to stop in for a good eat.

Its chipotle not much to say about the food other than its amazing. But avoid this location during peaks hours and right after 3p.m because it gets ridiculously long lines. Management is great people but they hire some extremely slow and incompetent employees often.

Chipotle is Chipotle! Wrong! This one has a hard time keeping with standards! I get there during lunch time often! And theres a huge line. When I get to the front, they often dont have chicken or steak, or I have to wait 15 minutes after a 20-25 minute line!

Wait time to actually order food is ridiculous, maybe a 10-15 minute wait. The point is convenience. However, the staff is very friendly and the food is fresh and superb.
