Only giving it a 1 because I cant pick zero. We ubered there ($20) Saturday night and the door was locked and closed sign up yet there were customers inside being served. It was only 7:30pm and their sign said they are open until 10:30pm. We tried to knock but the hostess/server would not make eye contact with us. The customers even looked confused as to why they locked the door. I then called the restaurant and the hostess claimed they were to busy for the kitchen (there were 7 customer) so they closed. I asked to speak to the manager because we just spent $20 to get there and we just wanted to eat. I heard the hostess explain to the manager but instead of answering he hung up the phone. They then took the phone off of the hook so we couldnt call back. Horrible Managment of a restaurant and even worse customer service. I will never give that place another shot.

Heads up, they close between lunch and dinner between 3pm and 5pm, but we came at 2:30 and had a great meal. We had an appetizer and two entrees for $30. A nice locally owned place among the chain restaurants of West 192. We had pork gyoza as our appetizer, $6 for six pieces, and my mother had the mixed tempura (shrimp and veggies) for $10, and I had the combo bento with chicken teriyaki and mixed tempura ($11). Excellent prices, good quality food, friendly service.

We came here two nights in a row after long long days at Disney/Universal, service was absolutely wonderful for starters. We tried the Chirashi bowl, house Ouishi roll, Disney roll, and a couple different udon/sukiyaki dishes and they were all 5-stars in taste and the chefs plating/presentation (you must try the jalapeno poppers). Wishing we had something remotely this good Im our hometown but even our "high-end" Japanese restaurants dont come close.

Food is amazing, handmade and arranged by the chef, everything is fresh and the sushi taste almost like it came straight from the sea. The serving of food can be inconsistent if your order a lot of different sushi orders, but only because the chef is arranging everything by hand and love. Has my highest recommendation!

Horrible food! I ordered sweet potato roll and he told me the sweet potato doesnt come inside. I ordered something else and tasted horrible! I know English very well but if I see you speak Spanish please dont pretend you are American! Not that many vegan options so dont come here!

This place is great..golden Dragon roll was absolutely perfect and the tuna nigiri was fresh and excellent quality... The Asian guy who prepared the the food was also very nice and must know his stuff.... Ill be going back fasho...

Sushi was good, the service is friendly, but sushi is totally overpriced for the atmosphere and location. Its a very simple restaurant in a square mall. For 4 rolls we paid the same amount we pay at Zen inside the Omini Hotel.

Arrived at 6pm on a Sunday when they are supposed to be open until 10:30pm, but theyre "not accepting any more tables." Half the restaurant was empty. No explanation, no wait time offered, nothing. Very unprofessional.

This place was amazing! The service was great and they were so nice! The cuts of fish on the sashimi were amazing and the sushi was very tasty also! The specialty rolls are very worth it! We will be coming back!
