This place has not been open very long, only about 2 weeks I believe. It has a huge selection and a menu that is slightly overwhelming at 4 pages of very small type set. The prices for anything other than the rolls are a little bit higher than I would have expected for this type of food and this location. While the sign out front said Happy Hour 2 for 1 beer I was not given a second beer though we arrived at 5:30. After hearing somebody else complain I found out that it only applies to drafts. If thats the case, they need to change the sign to reflect that. I ordered a noodle bowl that was supposed to be chicken but it ended up being a vegetable bowl I brought it to the waitresss attention simply because I did not want to be charged for a chicken bowl when I received the significantly cheaper vegetable. The food had good flavor and was served hot and was nice in appearance. There was a lot of discussion and arguing amongst the manager and the wait staff while we were there as well. Not exactly what you want to hear when youre trying to enjoy a dinner! It wasnt horrible, but with the range of choices here in the villages we probably will not be back.

I made a reservation for 14 people 2 weeks before the event, the night before I had called to say I would have more people coming. They said I had to wait for half my party to be there before they would seat us. I was still waiting for a table. I had made the reservation for 6:30pm and I was still waiting at 7:30pm. They wanted to separate my party and seat us at two different tables, I said this was unacceptable and they kept saying 10 more mintues. I finally decided I wasnt going to wait any more and left at almost 8pm. Will never try and go there again.

The best Japanese / Sushi restaurant in the United States. Always fresh and the cooked food is excellent. The service is top notch excellent and the staff as a whole are great. Whatever dish you can name, whatever roll you can name can not be found better made. If you visit you must try the Sakura Roll!

Dont listen to the other Reviews. They clearly have the wrong restaurant... This place has been open for years, not months and is has the best Sushi in the area, great staff and relaxing atmosphere. I HIGHLY recommend this place. Some of these other reviewers are clearly confused on the restaurant.

-1 star...Walked in and 4 girls just standing around looked at us but not one said "hello" or "Ill be right with you" for several minutes. Walked out and now at another restaurant that greeted us as we opened the door.

My wife & I just ordered take-out from Sakura for the first time and absolutely loved it. Not only is the quality world-class, but they give you a lot, so much so that were having "leftovers" for lunch tomorrow. :)

This place was great. They had a recent remodel which turned out very nice and added a few seats. The sushi was excellent and the wait staff was attentive and friendly. I will definitely be back here.

Excellent traditional Japanese sushi for a Central Florida location. The only way to beat this is to pay lots more money at a high end restaurant or traveling to Japan. Seriously, great place!
