My fiance and I went there last night and the service was horrible! We waited to be attended to for over 15mins when someone finally arrived she ask if we had reservations which we did not, she said ok it will be 20mins to a table for hibachi we said ok not bad. So we sat at the bar until our name was called. Well we waited over 1 and half HOURS for a table. We saw people come and go and we were not seated. When we were ready to leave and go to another restaurant then all of a sudden a table was available for us. We ordered Chicken & Scallop Hibachi and Filet Mignon w/ Chicken with a side of fried rice. The hibachi chef cooked 1 piece of chicken breast for 3 people the portion were so small. The fried rice was about a mouth full, same went for the steak. We were so disappointed our bill came up to $80.00 and we were still hungry. We have eaten at several hibachis in the area and by far this one was the WORST!!!!! If you are looking for great service and food with plenty to spare I would suggest Sakuras in Cape Coral, Fl. after over 3 hours there I had to go home and cook because we were still hungry. How could the portions be so small (go figure cooking 1 chicken breast for 3 people, shouldnt it be 1 chicken breast per person average price for dinner is $24.00) Unbelievable!!!!!

My husband and I had 9:00 reservations. We waited over 15 minutes for someone to come to the front of the restaurant. We decided to eat at a private table because it was Valentines Day and we wanted something more intimate. After 10 minutes, I got up and got my own menu. There was dried up soda splashed on the wall next to our faces. The service was terrible. The serving sizes were smaller than those wed gotten in the past at the hibachi tables. The $25 filet was chewy and overcooked. The rice was crunchy. The server kept apologizing for things being "crazy". Honestly, the place wasnt that crowded so I was confused by their inability to provide decent service. I told the server I had a shellfish allergy and asked him to note it on our ticket. He didnt. We had to repeatedly ask for things that he kept forgetting to bring, including our drinks. Ive eaten here at least a half-a-dozen times and it seems like the quality and service have gone completely downhill. I will NEVER eat here again.

The show wasnt bad. The kids enjoyed it. But the prices are above and beyond what you get. Each meal was 20 bucks. As someone else said, they do add 13% gratuity to the bill if you have 5 or more. We had 4 and it was added. Not a big deal since I usually tip 20%. I then realized that I had been billed an extra 30 dollars almost a week later. Still trying to sort that out with them. Initially they said the credit card companies hold more but this wasnt a pending payment. It was final. I dont mind spending money to eat. But the food was not worth 130 bucks.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS AND BANK STATEMENTS!!! I just went there last night and I noticed in my bank statement the server added $2.68 extra for her gratuity. The total should have been $25.00 which included HER TIP!!! Who adds an additional tip!!! Whats the point of Fighting over $2.68. Id rather just let everyone else know what to expect!!!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!! My friend was also charged an extra $10.00 gratuity, talk about making those TIPS!!!! Ive NEVER BEEN TO A RESTUARANT WHERE ITS OK TO ADD YOUR OWN GRATUITY!!! THERE WAS ONLY 2 OF US THERE!!!

This place is now under new management and new name. They did give it a makeover and the people were nice but the food, oh my..... It was terrible! I dont know if it was that particular chef but that was my worst experience at a steakhouse. No taste whatsoever. I actually didnt finish eating it and took it home to recook it to make it taste good. The portions were smaller than they used to be but that didnt surprise me considering everyone is cutting back and raising prices.

Do NOT go here! Waited over TWO HOURS and finally gave up and walked out!! It took 10 mins for us to even be acknowledged, and then 30 to get a table. In the following 90 minutes we sat and waited for food, we were served flat sodas (dont ask me how they had flat Pepsi, Sprite, AND Dr. Pepper!), and when we asked for water instead, they gave us a CRACKED GLASS!! The manager seemed completely unfazedd when we said we were leaving. Horrendous!

My family and I were one of only a few parties here and waited an unnecessarily long amount of time after sitting. After our Hibachi server came the grill was too hot and we waited longer. Our guy, named Beto, was great and saved this place from 1 or 2 stars. The food tasted great and he understood our predicament.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Fort Myers. I grew up in the city, and every time I come back, I always get my favourite sushi roll, the Crunch roll. If you are a sushi fan, definitely try out this restaurant! And the staff is great!

They made an awesome Japanese Bagel. I replaced the cooked salmon with the fresh and added scallions, and it was really good. One of the few places in the area that I am actually taking the time out to write a review.
