I love Aki, its my favorite Ocala sushi restaurant. Theres one sushi chef/waiter who will always seem like he doesnt know what youre ordering. Then he goes to recite the order and nails it with the least amount of confidence, its beautiful. Theres a booth surrounded entirely by mirrors with a 9/11 memorial engraving in one. Its very odd, gives the place even more character. I wouldnt recommend sitting there unless you want to eat with 1000 versions of yourself.

We were Aki for the first time today. Wow! We were very impressed by the atmosphere, the very polite and helpful service but most of all by the food. This is by far the best Japanese food in the the Ocala area. Weve eaten at all the local Sushi restaurants here in Ocala. All of them fell short. This restaurant was as good as any Ive tried in New York or Washington DC where I have had the most Devine Japanese food. Love it. Cant wait to go again.

Best food youd ever want to put in your mouths. The sauces are irresistible and once they are on your food you go to another reality, between the quality of cooked flavors and dipped ones. We have eaten at a lot of Restaurants but this is like the movie where a critic goes to eat his dish and cant get enough! There are no words to explain what they achieve with food. All I can say is ENJOY!

Aki Sushi has some of the absolute best Miso soup. Very hearty, full flavor. Their salmon sushi roll with white sauce is my all time favorite. You can watch as your food is prepared. The restaurant and bathrooms are always clean and pretty much spotless, and the staff is very friendly and always happy to help. All in all, this is one sushi restaurant that I will always recommend.

The service is absolutely terrible. Each entre came out about 3-5 mins apart and the waitress made me feel as if I was inconveniencing her with simple requests like a fork or refill.. The food, on the other hand, is amazing! The bistro box is delicious and all the food is fresh. It was presented very well also.. I recommend as a take out more so than sit-in-dining.

My family and I have tried several Japanese restaurants in Ocala and this is the best by far! The specialty rolls and specials are delicious! I have taken several people here and no one has been disappointed. The udon soup is so filling and full of flavor too. Beautiful girl roll and lobster roll are two of my many favorites.

Absolutely love their sushi !!! the crunch roll is amazing and their specialty rolls "the white Seaward special" is perfect Even if you dont like sushi their meals are terrific. Their salmon and shrimp bento boxes and crab salad is wonderful. Had a great New Years eve here with their wonderful staff

Awesome sushi! Sushi is my favorite food and these guys do it right. They know my wife and I by name and are always friendly, fast, and very fairly priced. Where else can you find import Japanese beers for $3 and great rolls for $4.25? My absolute favorite in Ocala for the past 8 years.

Wonderful food. We come here once or twice a month and never have bad food. Occasionally the service is a little off because the wait staff usually does not speak (understnd) English that well. But the food is so good we overlook the issues. Plus, the prices are right.

This place makes amazing food from their bento boxes to their sushi. Everything is made fresh, and they have great customer service skills. Make your order online, and it will be ready for you when you show up. I have never been disappointed by this place.

Stopped here on Christmas day after 10 hours of 12 hour car ride and I couldnt have enjoyed this place more. Everything was excellent; from the staff to the food. They also stayed open waaaaaay past closing for our family!
