Horrible customer service and food takes tooo long to serve and overly priced not worth the prices im married to a colombian and been to just about every colombian restaurant in town and tampa always drive by here and said why not try today the front lady at cashier colombian with blue eyes is very very rude extremely every question she answer with attitude and unprofesional order 2 cuban sandwich took over 36mins to get food it was to go almost 300 dollara for 2 cubans and 3 almohabanas i ask ezucse me is food almost out she reply "they are making it now ok" 3 she didnt greet us didnt suggest anything didnt offer anything else 2 customers walked in and order food one of them left and came back said was horrible and ask to get money back they did, the other one was yelled at when she was trying to get bread from bar table and the lady was like hey hello hola heyyyy!!! In a rude manner Then the one at table order cofee con leche and she brought the coffee out customer was like its supposed to be hott not cold she went back and warm the milk up this is my first and ever time here i do not recomend theres a reason why they are empty compare to restaurants in tampa bad bad bad place to go 38 minutes for 2 small sandwiches not worth it food was ok but I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Where should i begin... the first time i went to this place it was empty. They sat us down gave us the menu and than completely forgot about us. 25 minutes late still nothing not even water. We got up and left. I gave it a second chance about a month later.. we for breakfast i wanted some calentado. I was with my wife and two other friends this time they were fast took our order and everything was good until we got our water. I served all four of us and my friend took a big drink of water.. she said it tasted like bleach. I took a small drink and no it the water did not taste like bleach it was PURE BLEACH they served us. I was so upset. And the owner nowhere to be found. Point is please stay away from this place. I am Colombian and i love Colombian food to death i rather drive to Tampa from Riverview than to go ear there

I refuse to go somewhere where they are always "out" of foods or drinks... I love going for the mango shake, I cant tell you how many times I go and they said "oh Im sorry we dont have any".Thats ridiculous... Clearly theyre not catering to their customers requests by not keeping tabs on the inventory and what they need. Same thing when it comes to dinner time, I go for soup , and to my surprise "sorry were out" I personally feel that a restaurant should not be "out" of things... I can understand if its a rare item. But a mango milkshake and soups? I dont think so. They should be stocked. If you slip once or twice n fail to order on time , etc. fine. When it happens continuously, your ratings and reputation with the community and customers will go down. Unfortunately, not the place for me. Just my opinion. Thanks

Mala la comida. Pedí un sancocho de cola de res y la sopa simple desabrida la cola fría y con mucha grasa. La ropa vieja malísima también es más a mi esposa le callo remal y la mando para el baño lo que mi esposa pidió para llevar lo terminamos tirando a la basura que desperdicio y muy caro. Really really very bad food no good at all I will never go back there. Very unhappy.

I went with my wife to this restaurant. I have the same complaint as the previous poster - they ignored us for most of the meal (didnt refill our drinks, didnt ask to see how were doing, etc.), and the restaurant was semi-empty. Then a hispanic family walked in and they got treated like royalty by SEVERAL staff members. I had to get up after 20min to ask for the check. I should note, im from Panama, but I look American (white, blonde, blue eyes), and I decided to not speak spanish this time (I shouldnt have to speak spanish to get good service). When the bill came, I paid and told them thank you and have a good day in spanish. They were SHOCKED. Thanks, but too late. I wont return.

Went there in the middle of the week. It was empty. I ordered my food and they came back 3x to tell me they were out of 3 food items I ordered. I had to substitute 3 things which I really didnt want to. Then the server actually comes back and tells me she feels sorry for me. Why?! I feel sorry for them, as I will NEVER spend a dime there ever again! The places on Armenia in Tampa, are 100x better than this joke of a place. The food was mediocre., nothing to rave about. Ive never been to a restaurant like that before. The worst part is, I am also Colombian and its an embarrassment to my people. Do t know how they stay open.

Enormemente delicioso la comida pedí el churrasco con camarones y super delicioso con frijoles arroz q la combinación estaba buena los tostones y la yuca wooo aparte vine un sábado y había música en vivo muy buena pusieron de todo muy buen ambiente y la atención estupenda

Not good, I am Colombian and have eaten at some great Colombian restaurants in Massachusetts and Texas but the food here was OK at best, it was a combination of overcooked and undercooked. I love empanadas but was disgusted when I bit into one and the outside was warm and inside cold, clearly not fresh and not microwaved enough. The only bright spot was the Mango and Maracuya juices, very tasty. I will not be going here again and being new to Florida please let me know if there are any good Colombian restaurants in the area.

All I can really say about this restaurant is WOW. Food is sooooooo good. Ate there for the first time with my wife this past New Years Eve Day for a late lunch and completely ruined my appetite for dinner because we ate so much. The sausages and meats/chicken that we had were just amazing. Very friendly service and very clean environment. Not the fastest but perfection takes time. Went back yesterday and got take out which I just finished eating a few minutes ago. I will be back very soon.

Hoy fui a almorzar y fue desagradable ordene la comida es insípida. algo tibia nada caliente. Ordene pollo asado y estava seco y duro. Ordene tambien una arepa y tenia un enorme cabello dentro de la arepa asqueroso. No volveria a ir.

The service is outstanding!The atmosphere is very cozy, warm & inviting. If you are hungry, I guarantee you wont be when you leave! The 4 of us shared a pitcher of Sangria & there was plenty to go around. The best part was getting it right for my friend who was visiting us that is of Columbian heritage. Were lucky to live in Riverview & able to make this place a regular spot for good food & top service, not to mention the live entertainment.

Ate there a few nights ago for dinner. We were greeted by a friendly staff that performed very well throughout our meal. The food was great. We tried a variety of items. With the exception of the black sausage, we enjoyed our meal. We will be eating here again. Theres some restaurants that lack consistency. Once in a while you get a taste of quality, or maybe they mess up big and disappoint. I hope this place keeps it up the good work.
