My college roommates and I love this place. Our final year of college we went every Friday for lunch. The food is cheap and fabulous. The service is terrible but they always deliver delicious food. Its actually comical how bad the service is. They bring out the food one by one until the last person in the group has their food. It can sometimes be a difference of 10-15 minutes between the first and last order being brought out. We always order the curry, chicken fried rice, and the pork or chicken egg rolls. So fear not, this place has some "character" but the food is delicious.

The place isnt much to look at, but the food is really good and the service is really nice. Big portions and not expensive. I had the chicken pad thai and it was delicious and bountiful. We also got some shrimp wraps as appetizers and they were very fresh and soooo good. The place maybe lacks atmosphere, but if youre just looking for some cheap, delicious Thai food this is the place to go!

The veggies and rice were delicious, the chicken lacked flavor. I mostly am rating this 2 stars for the poor service. Our waitress was unfriendly, didnt come back to ask us how our food was or refill beverages and just told us to come to the counter to pay when ready after she initially brought the food. Disappointing. Im sure with a different server, I would have rated it higher.

This is in my top three favorite places to eat around Eau Claire! Its not as fancy on the inside as it looks on the outside, but that doesnt matter once you taste their authentic Asian cuisine--its the real deal all the way! I highly suggest you try their bubble tea (mango flavor is awesome). Note: You seat yourself when you walk in and pay at the counter when youre finished.

Im here every Wednesday for their 5 dollar Pad Thai. I have been going here for the past 2 years and i am never disappointed. Large portion sizes with great service. I now never go there without ordering one of their amazing bubble teas (coconut is my favorite). The menu is amazing and be sure to say hi to the inquisitive and friendly Einstein the Flowerhorn Fish.

The food was just ok - it was really lacking in flavor. I ordered a dish with a medium heat level and thai chilies but it little to no spice or heat. My SO ordered the pad thai and we were both underwhelmed by it. There werent any veggies, or herbs even to give the dish some color. It was noodles and boiled chicken, which left it tasting bland.

Always great food. I havent had anything on the menu that I didnt like. The owner and the staff are always friendly and appreciative of your business. I stop there almost weekly for some good Thai. Prices are good and it has a great location downtown. Open til 9, so if youre looking for a great Thai restaurant, give this place a try!

The Portions are huge however everything else is pretty terrible. The food is not very tasty. The atmosphere is depressing and whole place feels dirty. The staff is not friendly and the food takes forever. If you are looking for Asian/Thai food go to Egg Rolls plus or Singha Thai. Both have far better food and service.

Dirty, cheap looking and terrible food. Food takes forever even if you are the only one in the restaurant. No sense of decoration to the environment. The plates and utensils are horrific looking. If I remember correctly it was Corelle dinnerware and a really terrible looking design.

My favorite place to eat in Eau Claire. Try the pho, fried rice or stir fry. Absolutely delicious. Try to get there before the crowd as service can be slow when busy. However, it is just a husband and wife so it is worth the wait.

The wait was very long. It took 45 minutes to get my egg roll and 55 minutes for the orange chicken. The egg roll was okay, but not pork as I ordered. The orange chicken was terrible. The worst Thai Food I ever had. Awful.

Rice palace is a wholesome family atmosphere that provides excellent service. The egrolls are crunchy and the menu makes it easy to understand what food youre getting. A great place to go for visitors and locals.

Great egg rolls, excellence food selections and have not been disappointed yet. The service is hit or miss depending the day but the food does make up for it. Dont forget they have a punch card special as well.
