My husband and I went there for something quick... when we pulled up to the drive thru the drive thru cashier left her headset on, didnt greet us but continued her conversation with her friend inside. While we listened. After we said hello multiple times she fine said "uh ya?" So we ordered, then silence, finally she says "so are you going to pull up?" We pulled up the drive thru cashier just handed us a box, wrong order no drink or sauces that we ordered. When we asked for the drinks she said "you should have ordered them when she asked." Needless the say the customer service there is TERRIBLE. We just drove off because at that point we didnt want anything we ordered. Its sad thats how they represent a company. And coming from customer service, I would have let them go and trained a new staff instantly.

As a regular since opening MULTIPLE times I have left Drive Thru with a totally WRONG order, OLD chicken or even PINK chicken. Even after an employee would restate my order somehow STILL come home and find out yet Popeyes screwed me over again. The first handful of times Id drive all the way back to the location to exchange sides chicken ect. Dont put any trust into this location if you choose to still come...sadly this is the closest location to me. Employees are sneaky, unpleasant, and unproffesional. If you dont like your easy job Quit IT, dont taint the whole franchise with your laziness.

I literally only go there for the food. The people are rude, they handed me my change back with all 1s after they werent sure about my order having shrimp or not and they seriously had to go back and look and there was none and I had to change my entire order on the spot. If it wasnt for the lousy employees I would go there much more often. Especially since after all of that I tell the lady thank you and she goes "mhm" with an attitude and walks off. The place is a horror show.

Went through drive through at 1pm on a Friday. Was told to pull over after ordering and would bring the order out to us. So I waited and waited, almost 20 minutes, then finally went in. They were still getting the order together. I get home and we opened everything up and NO spicy anything. I ordered 3 spicy meals, (2 white and 1 dark), and cajun fries. Nothing was right.!! How hard is it to pay attention? I just dont get it.

I love Popeyes chicken, but this place is run like a complete disaster. 6 workers milling around confused and chattering, without getting anything done in an almost empty place. They should probably look into hiring a manager that can manage. Damn good chicken, though. Aaaaand after leaving I realized they screwed up 2 things with the order. Keep up the good work!

I like Popeyes chicken. My only problem is the store. The staff is atrocious. The tables are never clean. Ive walked out on several occasions. The location is in an upper middle class area...but the crew members are clueless. Right around the corner is a Chik-fil-A...that is where the talent is!

Customers were coming in from the drive-thru in order to see what was going on with their order. There was no communication about what was taking so long and lines were growing longer to place an order. I left rather than try to put in my order and then wait around for it to be cooked.

The lady taking our order in the drive thru constantly said IS THAT IT after every thing we ordered...and I only ordered 3 combos! She couldnt understand anything over the intercom, shed try to repeat what I said and it would be nothing like I said. The food was very good though.

Always a long wait, with no one esle in line...chicken was undercooked twice. They had to redip and I waited another 10 minutes. Cup filled to rim with ice... Wrong side, wrong dipping sauce or no sauce at all after you asked... Better service at Clark location.

Shawna, the manager and her crew were very disrespectful and ghetto acting. She was rude and treated my family in a very racist manner, about the only good thing was that she was very attractive with pretty eyes.....food was decent though.

Worst experience at a Popeyes EVER! Sunday evening and 3 people waiting,no chicken ready and completely out of fries,how does a chicken restaurant not have chicken cooked? 45 minute wait for basic food, will never return to this location

Im a huge fan of Popeyes chicken. The food is good and they are not stingy with the sides either. But if the chicken is freshly cooked be careful cause the steam will cause the chicken to get soggy.

Expensive, greasy, small pieces of chicken could have been from a Cornish hen. I ate it but my stomach isnt happy. Never again. For the price I expected it to be much better. Very disappointed.
