I go here pretty much every weekend to bring in a box of donuts to the girls i work with at my retail job - so most of the people who work there recognize me. I went in & placed an order a day before I needed everything and the girl at the counter wrote the entire order down incorrectly & overcharged me for everything. I repeated order several times to her & she insisted she got it right, etc. but when I went in to pick up my order the next morning i still had to wait a while because the girl working by herself had to fix everything. she couldnt refund me anything because it was a pre-order & didnt do too much to try & fix it. she said she would let the manager know about it & have the manager reach out to me - still waiting for the manager to call me.

Went in this morning at 6:30 and spent $80 on doughnuts and I have to say horrible customer service! The gal (Cheryl, according to my receipt) who was working was so unfriendly and Im pretty sure she hates her job! She didnt greet me with a warm welcome. She didnt smile 1 time. She had this sour look on her face the entire time. She was so unwelcoming that it makes me never want to go back. I left there with a bad taste in my mouth for sure! We are going to have to take our business elsewhere from now on. Which sucks because the doughnuts are good and the employees at my work like them. But we will spend our money somewhere that doesnt only offer yummy doughnuts, but offers great customer service along with it!

Let me drop some knowledge. You know how I do it. Ok...legendary.... no. Never name your company with a name like that. You can and did fall way short of that. Crispy cremes taste way better then your donuts. IMO of course. But again we heard through the family. try this place, their so good, blah blah. And we did, and the hype fell short. We ordered some box of like 12 different things or got 12 different things. One of those was some blueberry cream small looking cake thing even. And nothing was impressive, let alone legendary. So sorry for this so so review, but 3 stars is all I can muster cause I felt like I ate glorified grocery store donuts. Bam !

Have stopped by a couple times now. Staff was friendly and the place was very clean. Doughnut selection is great and the unique selections make it a fun occasional alternative. Most recent trip, loved my Snicker Doughsant and my son, who would be a donut eating machine if we let him, just went with a regular large chocolate bar, which he said was delicious. My 7 year old daughter absolutely loved her tinkerbell and my wife liked the hot fudge sundae donut, although she said the caramel frosting was not her favorite, I personally liked the rich flavor, but it was somewhat similar to maple glaze which she is not fond of on any donut from anywhere.

I know there are a lot of people who love legendary, I just am not one of them. The toppings and the presentation are amazing, but the dough of the donuts leave me wanting. Too dense and meh for my liking. I would also appreciate donut displays that are more restrictive than these, there is room for little kids to stick their fingers in through the glass and touch stuff. Sorry legendary, Ive tried hard to love you. Ill grab a cake donut in a pinch during a weak moment, but youre honestly not in my top 5 for donut shops in King County. Employees and service is great.

First time almost customer before even being greeted the employee said sorry we are out of almost everything. Mind you it is 3:30 and they dont close till 7 Im extreamly disappointed as well as my daughter and her friend we had invited to legendary donuts I can say this they are as allusive as Bigfoot. The only item they had in two whole cases wasnt even a donut it looked like a dark chocolate covered smore I wouldnt recommend waisting your time on legendary donuts especially this location!

The maple bacon donuts had overcooked bacon and not enough maple. My son hated the donut and he is 7 and loves bacon. The donuts were very dense and very skimpy on the toppings. I had to make a post because I saw their were no reviews and I had a bad experience at grand opening. Sorry but Ive been to the lake tapps location and their donuts were amazing. I went to this location expecting the same experience but will never go again. Cheap ingredients and it shows.

Some of the worst donuts I ever had. Selection is limited and not very traditional. How can you run a donut shop and not have jelly filled donuts?!?!? I bought a dozen for trial purposes, they try to make up for lack of selection by supersizing the fare in many cases and then you get donuts too big to eat. Sorry, nothing legendary except the fail, I will drive the distance to Tacoma to get Krispy Kreme instead.

Service is good, but the donuts are not. The donuts are too big and too sweet. From my experiences they are kind of dried out because they are too big. My wifes favorite donut is Bavarian ,and it was so sweet we could barely eat it. Ive tried pretty much all of them and they are all really sweet. They are also expensive.

Their doughnuts are way better then other hole in the wall doughnut and grocery store doughnuts! Soft. Quantity with an amazing price. Creative minds that makes it quite more interesting to eat your doughnuts. Staff was wonderful and friendly, clean place. How fun!how delicious! Its amazing

Great and delicious selection of pastries! Not as sweet as they look...and bacon really goes well with the donuts! And the dough has a nice consistency...they truly earn the name "Legendary" on their namesake! Artisan donuts at their best!

Massive doughnuts are at best a novelty. The doughnuts themselves were a little dry and too bread like. They try to differentiate through size and interesting toppings, but fall short of the mark with the actual doughnut.

Excellent but swimming in sugar. A diabetics nightmare but undeniably fun and decadent. Still, it seems that sugar is the singular flavor profile and it got tiresome by donut #2. Not that I didnt finish them, of course.

Who doesnt like an occasional piece of fried sugar bread. And if its that occasion, you gotta go all out and legendary donuts raises the bar! Friendly place, friendly people, and clean atmosphere.

Wow! These donuts are really legendary. The Homer is gigantic. The maple bacon dosant is AMAZING, I couldnt believe how good it was. Crazy busy and expect to wait in line, but its worth it.

Tasty, large variety of doughnuts. We can always find something we want to try. It can be a bit busy during peak times though so you may have a wait, but everyone is always very nice.
