I really appreciate this Jack In the Box. They always get my order right, I have food allergies I can not eat anything with eggs in it. No mayo. It has been my experience that most fast food places assume that everyone eats mayo on their burgers. I can not. Even before I developed this allergy, I did not like mayo or any dressings. Jack in the box always gets my order right. I do not have to worry that I will have a horrible allergic reaction. I recently had issues at the deli of the grocery store that I shop at. There is always mayo on their knifes. I always have to ask them to wash their knifes before they cut my sandwich. They get inpatient with me. I had to take it to the deli manager.

This restaurant, because of its location, is in a constant state of chaos. They have a moderately sized store and a friendly staff. Management seems to be attentive and flexible making sure that the store is always kept up; *Side Note* this is the corner of Pacific Highway and 188th st. Entering the lot seems to be difficult from any direction but west and south. There is a small access road being built that parallels 99. This allows access from any direction. All in all a nice little restaurant and worth the visit.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a sandwich with no meat. They obviously had remove the bacon from the sandwich leaving behind bits of it and grease. I asked to speak with a manager after they would not refund me or give me a new sandwich. They apologized because she was out sleeping in the car and didnt want to wake her. they asked me to come back later. pretty hilarious I will never go again. Plus it is pretty filthy inside too

Spicy chicken was cold and dry and not spicy at at all! Fries were old. Place looked dirty. There was a phone in a drink cup on the counter. Gentleman who took my order was yawning, took my money and never gave me a cup for my drink. I had to ask for this. The entire time i was there no one came to sweep or clean the lobby specially considering they were so slow and all the employees were doing is talking.

THIS ALL HAPPENED 09/20/2016 The people that CURRENTLY work here should be FIRED..ugh the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional..I wasnt ready to order and the idiot at the drive thru window kept trying to force me to hurry and order and there was NO LINE at all !!!!!!!! Then when I was ready to order I was completely ignored

Always a horrible wait. Today 15 minutes before I could order. Another 12 minute wait to get food. Staff does not pay attention to what you order. Food order is always wrong. 4th time in a row with horrible service. At least they are consistent with bad service and incorrect food order

I didnt actually hate it, but it deserves 1 star since they gave my order to the wrong person and then blamed it on me. Then they remade it, and forgot like half the order. Then they forgot to put in a fork, and didnt give me any napkins. The teriyaki chicken bowl was decent though.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and the meat was spoiled. The whole sandwich taste rancid and smell like a diaper bin. Oh yes, did you catch the cashier at the drive thru window who is a guy but where a skirt, purple eyelash and purple lipstick. Hahaha.....this place is a joke.

Big fail. It was a Sunday night so they may have been waiting for a delivery but they were out of dipping sauces and sourdough. Order was wrong and the food looked a little scary. Ate a little of it since we were hungry but tossed out most of it. This location is best avoided.

The sourdough Jack was good. I loved the curly fries. Seems this location didnt want customers. No WiFi, posted signs saying eat quick and get out. My recommendation, get food and go to park down street or just go someplace else that wants your business.

I ordered two $2.99 Big Breakfast Platters, which were actually very good. That is why i gave 3 out of 5 stars .The server who took my order Gurpreet was a little rude when i was ordering the food. Im not sure if ill come back to this location again .

There gross!!! You will get sick of you eat there old ass food they sale. They NEVER clean, bums set their asses on the tables and counters and they dont even clean them off who wants to eat food off a table that had a bums ass on it???

I tried it for the first time because im from New Jersey. It was ok the Spicy Chicken Sandwhich was good and spicy! The chicken nuggets not so great more like horrible and burnt, fries were decent. But just come here for the sandwhich.

Is just an average location but gets an extra 4th star because of the manager. He was walking around sweeping the floor and checking with guests on how the food was. When we had a error with our order he got it corrected very quickly.

How is this place still in business!?! Today I witnessed a homeless guy walk right past the cashier towards the grilling area to plug in his phone! All while the "cashier" played on her phone and flirted with some customers! Wow!
