Great yoga studio! There is a lovely welcoming environment here and the diversity of classes enables you to find which one works best for your practice. Love the easy-going, positive energy. Their "new client welcome" pass is awesome because you can try different classes to see what you like for $10 per class (5 classes for $50). So glad I found this place!

Great, authentic community is being built here. The teachers are rather warm, get to know your name and invite you to hang around after class to chat with them or other students. Plus South Block Juice is right there to grab a juice or a smoothie after. Im so happy that Ease came to my neighborhood!

I have been doing yoga since 1974 and I have never experienced a studio so well run, so cheerful, so complete. The concept of serving healthy food is brilliant and brilliantly executed. I try to go to as many classes as I can and can truly feel the effects. Sign up, go, practice, thrive.

The staff are very friendly! The yoga classes are very good and the teachers help you align your poses and correct you. The temperature of the room was warm but not too hot which I liked. The only thing I didnt like about the class was that songs in the background was distracting me.

I love ease yoga. The owner Tara is very open to all who come to the studio and makes you feel at home. The classes are easy and challenging at the same time, hence the name. Never had a dull class and always leave with a blissful spirit.
