Typically good experience. However, tonight 5/30/17 the manager was rather rude. He grimaced as he layered ingredients on my burrito bowl, as if such a task was that frustrating. After a long day, sometimes you depend on places such as Qdoba to deliver with great food and customer service. Tonight was not the case.

Better sauces and queso than the other burrito chains which means more flavor. Chicken is generally well-prepared. Guacamole is included here, although the base price is slightly higher than Chipotle. Rewards program is about 3% back now instead of 10%. Still better than zero, I suppose.

Most of the staff is Latino and English is not first language. Ordering is difficult as is getting correct bill rung up. Still ended up getting charged for extra drink I didnt order.

I love the taste at Qdoba compared to Chipotle. The soup they have is amazing and no extra charge for guac!! Great place to grab a quick lunch or dinner. Evenings are quieter.

The waitress on the counter was in kinda hurry and messed up our complete order. Wrong fillings for burritos, wrong sauces and they wont just admit it !!

Love the queso cheese. Qdobas is in a league of their own. Better ingredients and more selection. I prefer Qdobas rather than Chipotle or Hot Heads.
