Everytime we go here something is left out of my bag and everytime the workers act like they are doing me a favor by serving me. Today is the last time we will come here. We are moving so we are driving our old pickup truck in scrubby clothes taking loads to storage instead of coming in our usual clothes and BMWs. Out of convenience we stopped and my husband made the mistake of mentioning that last time they forgot his cheesecake. Of course different car no receipt and because of what we now assume was our ugly old truck we were treated like com artists, over a stupid $1 cheesecake. Anyways I rarely eat fast food my husband and teen sneak it but needless to say from now on they wont be getting their fast food fix here.

Not one employee had gloves on. The man that was making the food grabbed the food directly after rubbing his face. The server who was ringing my order up did not know how to use the machine. After observing the uncleanness of their actions I asked to speak to a manager. There was not one on shift.. so I asked for my money back. When the women asked me why, I said none of you are wearing gloves.. the guy making the food touched his face and multiple surfaces w/o gloves and washing his hands. Immediately after I said that the man making the food looked up at me and walked directly into the back. I do NOT recommend eating there. I will never eat there again...

I came here with 2 friends via drive thru around 12:40 AM on June 26 2015. The lady was so incredibly rude when we said we needed a minute and sassed about a timer while talking to her friends. I have never been so rudely treated in a drive thru in my life. She should be fired or at the very least re trained. She practically threw food at us and slammed the window shut. How is this place still open? 0/10 DO NOT COME HERE! a timer

The employees are friendly, but can rarely be perceived as welcoming. The place is often behind on cleanup. Parking can be difficult at times. The food is mediocre even for fast food establishment. The fries are often cold and the burgers are not much better. They do however make a great milkshake! Maybe try the drive-thru. Its always busy. Better service and warmer food maybe?

The worst jack in the box Ive ever been to rude and my order is always wrong and the last time I brought the burger to complain they just took the burger and went to give it to the customer at the window until I got loud about them giving out an used burger. It just a nasty place with people who should not be working with customers .

Cant really give it any stars, cause they never waited on us. The obvious "Mexicans Only" attitude drove us out! The lady in front of us said that they frequently refuse service to certain demographics, helping us make the choice to leave after waiting for several minutes for a cashier that never came.

After being handed my order I had to present receipt and ask specifically for about half the items I paid for. They were then supplied. Quality of the food was exactly what you would expect, consistent with all other Jack on the Box. Staff were OK, I think they just made a mistake because it was busy.

Fast food always drives me nuts, but these folks make it OK to stop by every year or so and get the proverbial 7 layer burrito. Yum !! The store is always clean and smells good. Staff are always polite and service is fast.

The manager at this location is doing a fantastic job. The crew seemed happy and enjoying their job. Restaurant was very clean from from to back. The food was excellent!!!!
