I stead of reviewing this restaurant as if its a stand alone restaurant like some of my other reviews, Ill just compare it to other Jack in the Box restaurants in the area (because lets face it, theyre pretty much all the same). Nothing about this JitB stands out really. Its clean enough to not be disgusting, yet unappealing enough that it doesnt really invite you to sit and eat. Not saying that staying and eating is bad, its just not something I want to do when I go in. Sometimes the drive-thru is busy, usually around 6-8 when people are getting home from work. The food isnt bad, about what youd expect from a JitB. Sometimes it can seem hastily put together. The staff is usually friendly but service can take a hit during the previously mentioned dinner rush. Overall this Jack in the Box is probably about on par with other restaurants in its chain. 6.5/10

I will no longer go to this Jack in the Box. Every single time I have gone there they have messed up my order. I work in the area so sometimes I would go to lunch there at 3 am and every single time there milkshake machine was "down for cleaning" which I believe is an excuse so they dont have to make it. In a single order they managed to not have any milkshakes, didnt have regular fries so I had no other choice but to get curly, they didnt put bacon on one of the sandwiches (which was undercooked) and they forgot my receipt. NEVER go to this restaurant after hours if you decide to go, worst staff imaginable. If they mess up your order more than once you need to call corporate or the manager and complain and maybe theyll give you a free meal or a gift card. Thats what they did for my friend anyways. Terrible.

The drive through service is lousy and every time Ive gone theyve gotten the order incorrect. While trying to order the lady in the drive through window was completely over rushing and not even paying attention to the order, telling me to pull forward before I had even ordered the extent of my selection. For the 3rd time in a row I was given regular fries instead of the curly I requested. Had to repeat my order roughly seven times each item. By far tr he WORST Jack in the Box I have ever been to. I mean, how do you forget bacon on a BACON Ultimate Cheeseburger?

Late night food run that would have been better served by going to Winco. Long line in drive through, all sodas were out, unless I wanted coffee or water or diet coke. Had to loop back around line and wait again because they forgot half my order, of which the burger tasted strongly of burnt carbon. Severely disappointed as I have always been a fan of the jumbo jack. The lobby was closed to the public, yet the teens working inside where chummy with letting in friends on the outside come in. Not going back.

Jack in the box is my favorite place to stop by after work and get dinner. Lately (few months) everytime I stop by I get noting but Bad customer service. I dont get why service has to be so slow. I find myself having to repeat myself more than multiple times on each order. The staff arent clean nor perfesional. I wont come back to this location ever again. Thanks for the bad service. I hope you guys can figure it out one day but you lost our visits.

Several times Ive encountered this scenario - They are out of soda (which is horrible if you were waiting in the drive through cause now youre stuck between cars), and cheeseburgers consistently come with no cheese. There are also times food taste undercooked. I keep going back once every 6 months or so, thinking they would have improved but they at times seems to be getting worse.

We have tried this location many times but Im finally done. 9 out of 10 times our order is incorrect. Their drive through service is horrible. Most employees are friendly enough but that doesnt matter when you get home and realize youve paid for food you didnt receive.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! EVERYTIME Ive been here, the service is terrible and the food sucks! They mess up my order repeatedly, their employees are rude, food is stale and bland! Take my advice, dont eat here!

Worst jack n box Ive been to. My tacos were burn, curly fries dripping with grease, burger dry and bland. The customer service awful! The cashier threw my receipt away so I couldnt file a complaint. Never again!
