Its hard for me to give this place 3 stars because I love the wing options, but my rating narrows down to 3 reasons: 1). One of my first orders was a bust. I was told I would be credited online- Never was. I called in and requested the credit be applied to my pizza order, I spoke to someone named Brianne at the Zaragosa location who was incredibly rude and stingy, and had the nerve to press me to talk "faster" because they were busy. She wouldnt give me the combination of my credit mixed with a deal they were offering, so I had to break down for her in laymans like three different ways why she shouldnt dictate how I want to use my credit. Finally, her manager dealt with her pettiness and told her to just help me. It was a very obnoxious experience. 2). They have messed up my 5 for $25 orders twice. The first time someone took my order and got half the topics wrong. The second time the pizzas tasted horrible. I didnt call back either times and request re-makes because after Brianne I didnt trust their response, but it left me afraid to order them again in the future. 3). The online menu is great because your 10th order is rewarded with a free purchase, but unless you place all your orders online, no one will give you a free 10th purchase. Its really friggen annoying. If you want the good deals you have to call in on the phone, and phone orders do not register online. If you order online, youre charged more than you would be if you called. What kind of customer experience is that? Ive voiced my issues with this twice, but no one understands what Im talking about. The store has weird communication with their online menu system. I wish theyd fix that because its 2017 and people enjoy placing orders online. I love the wings, theyre great. My only real gripe about their food is the Cannolis arent always filled all the way through, and the 5 pizzas for $25 is a gamble. They do not always taste good. The last batch I ordered was terrible. I think a lot of the 5 star reviews that rotate around the pizza have lowered expectations. Other than that, I also experience great service once and a while, like when a guy forgot to ring my delivery for ranch, and instead of brushing me off he drove back out and brought it to me. It was so incredibly nice of him, I really appreciated it. They need more people like him. Thanks for reading.

Good value NY style pizza. As a native New Yorker, Ive had the best in the world, and this was my fist time here. The pie was very tasty (3-4 star), obviously using quality ingredients, although it was undercooked even though I made a point of saying well done when ordering. The crust was actually very decent, having a homemade quality about it. Was told it would take 10 minutes yet it was ready in exactly 5. Got the jumbo for 9.99, with the free topping (mushroom). The service was very fast and friendly (5 Star). The price is a great value for what they deliver, a 5 star. So overall, I rate their pizza at 4 Star and would not hesitate to check it out again if I lived here.

This place doesnt even deserve one star, I called to let them know they charged me wrong, I wasnt rude or mean when explaining what happened but the the OWNER gave me attitude because I brought it to his attention! I told him that his attitude was terrible and he proceeded to tell me that he was the owner and could talk to me however he wanted. Will never go back. I returned the pizza because it was super dry on some parts of the pizza and super, super greasy on other parts. So gross!!!!

Rip off. Watch what you order. Bait and switch in play. Employees dont know the menu price points telling you that the specials are only for certain times of the day even though they are advertising special one topping pizzas for $4.99 all day! Manager is combative when challenged and refuses to refund on orders when bait and switch is in play. He is not interested in making customers happy! Very poor service and not all employees can speak English to provide better service.

Just moved here from california and me and my wife have been on the hunt for the best pizza in el paso texas . our had ended since introduced to extreme pizza and wings by a family member . there pizza is perfectly cooked and the wings are amazing. If your looking for the best pizza and wings along with amazing prices ....go to extreme where you wont be dissapointed.

OH MY GOSH!!! WOW!!!! Absolutely delicious, great tasting wings. And the customer service was excellence. The pizza crust was softer than most other places, and my son just loved the taste too. This is definitely our new Pizza & Wings joint!!! A must try for all. And the prices are very low compared to the competition!!! Love that too.

We love extreme pizza. They have a very wide selection and the ingredients are excellent quality. The pizzas taste so much better than any big name company and the prices are unbelievable. The calzones are my favorite thing on the menu though. Ill be sad if we ever move and arent in their delivery area anymore.

Good tasting pizza and wings at a very affordable price, way better than Little Cesars in my opinion. If you live nearby you always get great coupons from them in the mail if not just get em on their website. They also have a large pepperoni pizza for 3.99 from 3-5 pm everyday, who can beat that?

I like this place I been coming for awhile. Tonight was the first time ever I had a complaint but the owner personally called me and remedied everything more than what was expected. They really care and all the food is amazing but my favorite is either a calzone or pizza rolls. Definitely try it

Great pizza, great prices and great customer service. Owner took the time to come over to our table and speak with us for a few minutes and was also very accomdating to our order which was a combination of eat in as well as to go. Got to appreciate these days as this has become very uncommon.

my usual pizza place i order from would take soo long to deliver. Finaly got tired of it and tried xtreme. Delivery was quick. The pizza was really good and the wings too. Should have ordered an xtra large pizza it was that good..going to be calling xtreme from now on

CALLED 10:30PM TO SOCORRO LOCATION. NO ANSWER. I EXPECTED IT THEM TO IGNORE MY CALL ;) IVE ORDERED FROM THIS LOCATION BEFORE, AND HAD GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALSO PIZZA AND WINGS ARE GOOD. THE ONLY THING IS THAT THEY DONT REALLY CLOSE AT 11PM. THATS FALSE PROPAGANDA.

Went there with a few friends after work, had an awesome time the pizza was delicious not to mention the wings, and dessert a baked oven chocolate chip cookie that was delicious. I will definitely go there again and will recommended to my friends.

Food was ok but I got delivery and paid $13.98 with a $2.02 tip. The next day they charged me the $13.98 with no tip but another charge for $29.98 and wont refun the money to me for double charging me. Wont b coming back here ever again
