11/28 Update So I came to this jack in the box again on Monday (I did it 4 weeks ago). I ordered a buttery jack, and it was the same guy which gave me worst service. I waited about 5 mins for my burger and in the middle I heard something like I cant find the buttery jack something. About 2 mins after that they gave me the burger. After I got home I realized it is NOT a buttery jack, but a cheese burger instead. What the HELL! I swear to god Ill never fk ing come back to this jack in the box ever again. And from now, Ill start the complaining process to get the staffs fired. F! So it is 20:38 Oct. 31st 2016 About 20 mins ago I got really bad experiences from this jack in the box. There was a car in front of me when I got there and I can tell he/she had also waited for a long time just to order. When it was my turn to order, I was put on hold for a minute. I mean a minute is fine for me and the first thing to annoy me was after I told him what I wanted to order. Nobody said a word for about 20s and then came back with one word drink?. I said coke, then another couple silence seconds, then he asked anything else with an uncomfortable tone. After I order I waited for another couple minute because the person in front of me was still waiting for his/her order at the window. When I got to the window, the guy said $8.76. I gave him my card, and then he just walked away without taking it. He seemed so frustrating about his ability to multitasking. A moment later I saw him took off his headset, and threw the fries and napkins into the bag. The most disgusting thing was, he unwrapped my burger, in front of me, to see if it is mine. I was like besides doing that could you ask somebody about what burger it is? And the coke I got was nasty. Coke was all over the cup. I didnt even say a word after taking my stuffs. If any jack in the box management people see this review, please fire this person.

Im just eating my food right now and everything is goo on it but the guy who take my order maaaannnnn so slow and rude!.. his name is Terrence and my order number 8497.. we go thru the drive thru cause it was late already and i wait 10 min to start asking for my order and it was because i say "hello".. and he was like "one second" the 3 min later he starts taking my order.. i ask for 6 tacos a kids combo, a number 10 and then wen i was ordering my number 7 i ask what sauce it comes on the burger he just said again "one second".. i that the he was going to ask bit then 5 min later he came back and tell me my order so wen he ask me if i want a combo with the number 7 and i sxaid politely i wanna know first what sauce come on it and he told me.. so after that i came to the window to pay and his face was soooo mad or i dont know what happens to him but seriously bad bad costumer service ever!.. i want the other guy who is always at night!.. im going back to get his name cause he is always nice no matter what time and how many food we get!..

I went to this location 3 nights in a row and all the orders were wrong! I went for the very last time around midnight on saturday. I orederd 3 grilled cheesburger munchie meals(ALL THE SAME MEAL NO SUBSTITUTIONS) in which it took me a the very least 6 minutes to make sure he had the order correct. when i received the order of course i had to still check to make sure it was right. OMG it was a chicken and burger patty with a giant egg on it that did not look edibe at all. I told him it was the wrong burger and he told me that "NO ITS NOT, THAT IS THE CORRECT BURGER" I asked if it was the grilled cheeseburger and he said "YES" thats what you ordered. I replied by letting him know that it was clearly the wrong burger and told him I wanted my money back. He and the other employee both said that they could not refund my money. Then i had to say things to them that are not quoted in the bible and they gave me my money back. I AM A REGISTERED VOTER AND THOUGHT THEY DESERVED A $15 RAISE. THEY DEFINITELY DO NOT GET MY VOTE.

I am a regular and I was going through the drive through... as I was going through to pay and recieve my food, an employee or someone was lying on the counter with his feet up.. And that is the counter where we recieve food and exchange money... I took a photo as well... So wrong.. Thats the bad news.. The good news is, the employee at night has the best customer service!! I do not remember her name but shes always kind and very bubbly.. She deserves a raise or promition :) I wish I remembered her name, Dolly? Polly? Anyways shes awesome!!

No customer service. The man that helped me Sunday night admittedlytold me that he hated his job and hated dealing with customers and that was obvious. Management must be lacking as they were "out" of several main items. Never heard " Im sorry but we are out of blank, all i heard was, we aint got none of that s you have to order something else. Worse service Ive ever witnessed. Used to have nice employees but not any more....

Foods fine, staff is horrible and different every time! The lady in the drive thru told me to do another lap while I was waiting for my food. Sure, I wouldnt mind if there was another customer or something. Instead, Johana, probably thought it was funny to make me go through the drive thru again. This is just one of many bad stories.

Food was ok however I could not find a clean table. They only had two employees on when I visited so I had to wait until the cook finally noticed me there. The other was busy at the drive thru. None of the tables had been wiped down. There was only one other customer inside so should have had time to clean if staffed adequately.

Took 10 minutes to get my order placed because guy behind counter can only do one thing at a time. No receipt/ order number given, received tude when my order was up because I didnt know my number. Breakfast sandwich greasy. Hashbrowns cold. Go somewhere else, these guys are idiots and dont deserve your business.

I ordered during the sea fair parade and there was hundreds of people in line for thier food the employees there did a superb job getting all that food out as quickly as possible so we could see the parade those employees have one of the hardest jobs and they work very hard.

Overnight crew is polite but obviously under staffed, food is always the same, fries under cooked and sandwiches burnt n lifeless. Owner should make sure theres enough hands to handle 12-3am late night weekend rush.

Just a basic jack in the box nothing special here. Every now and then you get a special employee but overall they have had trouble keeping a good level of quality here over the the last 17 years.
