Im only giving it one star because the option to give zero was not available to select. At 8 p.m. we opened up GrubHub to begin finding something tasty to eat, that would deliver to downtown Detroit at the Westin, and oh boy was it a bad idea when we decided on this one. At first glance the menu looked amazing, the options fantastic, the reviews of the actual food from previous customers all sounded 1like we had picked the winner. My wife and I along with a party of friends meticulously scoured through the menu for 20 minutes carefully selecting 13 items and at 8:20 we completed our order and were very excited for the order to come! At 8:45 things took a severe turn for the worse. We got a phone call from the restaurant and there was a very nice young man informing us that all of the drivers had left for the night and they would be canceling our order. I initially was not upset about this because my wife and I were happy to take an Uber the point three miles it would be to go pick up the food considering the restaurant still did not close for another 20 minutes and our order had already been placed for 20 minutes. At that moment the young man who called ask us to hold for one moment and I heard him ask what I can only assume was his manager if it was possible for us to pick up the order, the person in the background informed him that he had closed everything turned off everything early and there would be no food. I would like to point out that the time of closing was clearly stated as 9pm and open should mean open and open by definition means we are able to serve food. At this point I asked how long the refund would take to process as we had already paid for this food the young man asked the person in the background again he similarly said as to the first question he did not know and seemingly did not care. Trying to find a happy resolution we offered to not cancel the order but instead have it delivered the next day at a specific time the young man again asked the person who was there if that was a possibility and I over heard the general attitude of "I do not care, leave me alone type situation", finally I told the young man I was not in any way upset with him and did not place any fault on him, as he was appologizing profusely, because I quickly had realized his manager, boss, or owner genuinely did not care and we were a simple inconvenience. If this is how they will treat a customer that has already paid money and made multiple attempts at creating some level of accommodation to see an order to completion I wonder how much care or concern they put into the actual food that they cook.

This place was good about 2 years ago, but this past year their food was horrible to the point that i wouldnt eat it for free. Today, i placed an order for 4, i ordered real chicken subs, but they sent chicken subs instead and hamburgers. In addition to the mix-up the chicken subs were gross, no chicken filled with lettuce, tomato, and pickles, mayo and old tiny pieces of chicken. The hamburgers were raw from the inside in we threw up after eating them. At first it use to be a good place to eat at and i had always recommended it to friends and family, but like i said this past year i gave them many chances and this is the last time that i did. I wouldnt eat the food for free. I also noticed that the place was empty today at around 7pm, not even 1 customer other than me. So, im guessing that im not the only one complaining.

The food is very inconsistent at this place. Sometimes the steak sub is fresh and delicious and sometimes it is dry and hard. The customer service is horrible and the employees have a bad attitude and do not respect the person in front of them putting in an order. Every time I go the phone rings and I get cut off so that they can take the phone order. Sometimes its better to call and make your order even though you are in the restaurant. I cannot say the same for the Dearborn Heights location. the food is always great and the employees are very kind and respectful. The owner should make some of the employees in the Dearborn location go train in Dearborn Heights for a few weeks.

Food is good, but service is very bad. They never give you the right order, its always missing something or wrong. Like today, I ordered a hamburger no pickles with spicy fries on the side, and 8 pcs hot wings. When I got there to pick it up, I told them I had a hamburger and 8 pcs wings, so I paid. When I got home it was a hamburger with pickles, and some fries that are squared, not spicy. Then instead of the chicken wings, they gave my a chicken burger, LOL. I didnt even call and complain, no point. I have been complaining for a year, orders are always wrong.

If there was an option for negative stars I would of given them. I ordered a burger just before work to get a quick bite and when I arrived they told me sorry one of the employees was hungry and he was eating it. WTF? Extremely rude and disrespectful. They didnt make it up in any way too. I was a loyal customer too, those days are over. Im finding a respectable place that treats their customers right and not have the employees eat their order and then think its funny and laugh about it in their face.

BEWARE. RACIST PIGS!!! THEY DID THIS TWICE! We ordered over the phone at 1:20AM due to 45 MINUTE waits when ordering in. We showed up at the restaurant at 1:30AM. Some Yemeni or Chaldean guys ordered a few minutes AFTER we entered the restaurant. They gave their food at 1:43AM. At 1:50AM I asked "wheres my order?" And they said "Its coming up now". They STARTED making our order at that time, 30 MINUTES AFTER we ordered. Just because were not their ethnicity.

The food is good but every time I order it keeps getting lighter and lighter. The more I order the smaller the sub comes and whatever they put inside is less. I always ask for extra mayo extra BBQ, Its like they ignore me. Same thing with the pickles I ask for none and they put. But anyways I dont call back and complain because Im not like that. If they keep making these mistakes Im not going to order anymore. And i always give good tips

Very good food, what can i say the best subs is at this place... but the customer has to wait another 20 minutes in store after he already ordered on the phone and told to come and pick it up in 15 minutes. Sometimes i get my sub really hot and sometimes its cold and i wont eat much of it, gave 2 stars for the good food but the rest 3 must be earned for the bad customer service they have.

Ordered 2 chicken subs an 1 large fries at 9pm told me come pick them up in 20 minutes. Instead i came in 30 minutes and found out they did not even start yet. Then tried to sell me a small fries because somebody ordered it and did not pick it up. You think i will eat cold fries or your mistakes? CHEAP PEOPLE! WALKED OUTSIDE acted like i was going to get my wallet and left the place!
