It seems that other people have have a good experience here but this IHOP was really rude to me. I am a young petite woman who cannot even open a jar of mayonnaise. They accused me of breaking their bathroom lock even though there was no conceivable way that someone of my strength could break a bathroom lock without causing ruckus unless it was already broken. And even if I could, why would anyone want to break a bathroom lock? What actually happened was when I went into the bathroom, there were two stalls. One stalk was already in use and the other stall was a handicap stall and I did not realize someone was already in it. There was no handle on the door (because lock was already broken) so I grabbed it from the top and opened it that way. The woman in there freaked out and reported me to the employees even though I apologized and shut the door back up. The employees were very rude and treated me like I was some kind of criminal. When I explained to them that the lock must have already been broken they let me go, but they still glared at me and gave me the stink eye. If my family had not been there with me, I fear that the situation would have gotten much worse. It is not my fault that they did not have adequate locks or even a handle for their doors and if theyre going to start accusing their customers of wrongdoings then maybe they should get their stuff together first and take care of their bathrooms!

While we were seated and received our food quickly; this is not why I am giving it 1 star. The reason why they get 1 star is because they charged me not once, but twice for a cup of kids milk (6 oz)...$1.69! Before I brought this to the servers attention, I looked at the kids menu and it shows the options for kids drinks, milk, juice, hot chocolate, and soft drinks. In a small parentheses it shows, "free refills on soft drinks." It does not show ONLY; however, when I brought this to the servers attention and asked him why I was charged twice, he said the kids drinks only have free refills on soda. I told him, this is not the first time Ive dined at this particular IHOP, and then he said this is the way the kids drinks are setup. I told him, "Way to promote healthy eating habits! Soda is not good for you." Also, it would have been nice if he would have warned me when I asked for a refill for my daughters drink. I would not have ordered another refill of milk. For the price they charged for two 6 oz. cups, we could have bought a whole gallon of milk! It is ridiculous! He said well, this is a franchise. I told him, "Please take this up with your franchisee, and let him know youre not getting a tip because of this!" We then left. I will not dine at this location again, and if I ever dine at a IHOP again, I will make sure I read the small print. Not right!

Usually this IHOP has OK to decent service. But tonight was the slowest service we have ever had here. They werent even that busy. Usually we dont have to ask for drink refills, they either askus first or just bring them without asking. But tonight both of our glasses were empty sitting right next to eachother, my husband asked for a refill and she just refilled his without even asking if I would like one, even though it was hard to miss that my glass was empty as well. They entered the wrong drink for my husband in the computer, so his refill wasnt correct. When our food was served, it was barely warm like it had been sitting for a bit, and the A/C was still blowing so by the time I finished my meal, the food was cold. Overall the wait staff tonight were just slow, two ladies even walked out before their order had been taken cause, I assume, they got tired of waiting. My husband made sure he got his military discount, and no tip was given tonight. Also, we noticed as we were parking, a member of the staff was speeding through the parking lot and parked in one of the 15 min take out spots, and parked in a way that no one could park in the other 15 min spot next to her. How inconsiderate..

I took my daughter out to IHOP which we have been going happily for more than 3 years now. Today we received the worst service from the manager herself. More than multiple times we were served different foods and beverages than what we ordered without acknowledgement, she ignored our presence, and she served us drinks in the same exact glasses we originally drank from with a different drink than what we had originally asked. After we finished the meal and were about to pay, I confronted her and told her I was unhappy with the service. When she decided to listen she replied "okay" with an attitude so I responded with "what does okay mean?" and she replied "theres nothing I can do about it". I was shocked to this response so I asked for her name and she replied her name was Tanya and she was the manager of the restaurant. Whether the person is an employee or a manager, I believe this is not the right way to treat customers.

Only reason Im giving it a 2 star is because it wasnt that busy and that was the only nice thing about our visit to this ihop. Walk in, only people waiting but the guy whos supposed to seat us was busy. No big deal. But during our time waiting another lady walks in and as she walks in another person comes up to greet and seat her before she even has a chance to sit and wait like we have for the last 10 minutes. Eventually we got seated. Once seating our waitress (I think her name was Luaann) was so dull. Again no big deal but it was the fact that the second we ordered our food and it was brought to us she brought our ticket no even considering we were going to get an after dinner snack. Finally after eating we left and went to dairy Queen to get our snack.

Like going there during the day than at night.. got there like at 10pm, about an hour later we finally had our order taken by a different server, cause our first server forgot about us. By time we got our food some of it was missing or wasnt cooked all the way. Well the first guy must have had "something more important to do" cause he walked out and left the other guy to deal with his problems. Some boss he was. We wasnt the only ones that had stuff missing and waited so long. While we was leaving the cook was serving food and also taking orders from costumers while the "boss" was still M.I.A.

I got of work at 11:30 and we were hungry so we went their and it was our 3 time going and we got this guy thought he was gonna treat us bad but he was super concern on what we need and what we would have and come back every 4 mins he didnt made us wait for him to come so we could order he was really helpful and we got our food fast and i didnt had to a refill for my drink he just did it but i feel bad about that didnt gave give him any tips but for sure when i come again ill give that man a good tip
