It was terrible. They waited 10 minutes to give us drinks. Then we ordered a gallon of their sweet tea and cone to find out they had none. So we asked for a refund and took them 20 minutes to do that. Mean while the rest of the employees just stood around socializing and staring at us. The continuously kept asking other employees why we were waiting. Im assuming the manger was the one who had to refund money and he also kept ignoring us. We will never go there again. And especially we spent about 50$ or more

Manager took my order very rude I paid good money food quality was good but I waited a long time then he got real country with me when I requested a drink for my wait he the one that look like a over weight prince I was pissed off I call corporate no called me back or anything they need to think about how they would feel if the shoe was on the other foot

Worst customer service ever ordered 2 dinner combo and picket up at the drive through with no napkins, no fork and when I asked for hot sauce the girl at the drive thru gave a bad look when I was in line I cars not moving checked in through the window some of them were texting and some talking as they were just waiting for 10. Pm to close.

Bad service. Incomplete order. 35 minute wait time for order. No apology, no refund, no offer to give me missing items. Phone calls to the franchisee went unanswered and never returned. Waiting on the corporate offices to see if they care about this location degrading the Popeyes name.
